• Entertainment amenities include multiple Smart TVs, a sound system, cable television, and free high-speed wireless Internet.

Guest Access:

When you stay in our private residence you can pamper yourself with all the wonderful hotel amenities, which include:

• Valet parking



Other things to note

• Valet parking is available at the regular hotel valet rate.

• Housekeeping services are not included in the room rate and are provided by and paid directly to the hotel.

* The Hotel Charges a Daily resort Fee of $285, plus tax.

* Month long bookings are given a flat rate of $3,450, plus tax.



If the Rental is OVER 6 months, there's NO RESORT FEE.



*All rentals under 6 months have to pay a 14% transient tax. Upon check-in The Setai Hotel will be requesting a payment for Hotel charges due at check-in.
