LA PERLA:
The condo is located in an ocean front building that provides top notch services & amenities. Including the following: valet parking, fitness center, private pool, kids room, club room, & beach service that includes chairs, towels, & umbrellas. La Perla is a newer built building with a great location in the city and also in relationship to things to do around Miami/Fort Lauderdale area.
NEIGHBORHOOD:
Parking is valet only for this unit. I can help you locate a self parking space at an additional cost. Inquiry for more details on self parking spaces. Some units I manage do have them included in the rate.
La Perla is a full service building with valet parking, fitness center, heated pool, club room, and management on site. The building offers beach service which includes beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels.
ADDITIONAL FEES PAID OUTSIDE OF VRBO:
APPLICATION FEES: All guests over the age of 18 must go through the building application / screening process. Each guest will consent to a background check and pay $100/adult OR $100/married couple. Married couples must apply on the same application for the $100 to honored. These fees are paid by the guest after booking directly to Tenant Evaluation. No credit check is performed, solely a background check. All Tenant Evaluation fees are non-refundable in the event you cancel your reservation. Owner and broker are not responsible to reimburse.
VALET PARKING CHARGES: Guests will have access to valet parking. A ONE TIME fee of $10 covers your parking for your entire stay. You will pay this fee after your application is processed to a company called Zinc. If you have additional cars you can either rent a space or buy parking passes from the building directly.
GUEST ID'S - Your guest ID provides you access to the building, elevators, pool, gym, and also the beach services. After completing the application process all guests will pre-register and pay for their guest ID fees before arrival. All guests will receive access to a mobile app called STiD. This ONE FEE is $25/adult and is paid to a company called Zinc.
We are not a hotel. We provide basic supplies (1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll for the kitchen, and small starter soap/shampoo for the bathrooms). Any cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, soap etc that is left over from other guest will remain but we do not stock these things for our guests. Please plan accordingly for your stay.
