Motel a Micanopy

“The only contact I had with staff was through a small bank teller type window while I remained outside. The first thing the clerk demanded was a fifty dollar cash deposit. I guess that should have been my notice this was not the kind of place you would visit with family. The motel looks like something from an old 1960 movie set. The room entrance door had a strong spring which would prevent a child from escaping in an emergency. The floor felt sticky and a few of the light switches did...

“No breakfast offered even though it's listed. You can't get into the lobby they do everything through the night window that's just big enough to pass your hand through. The bathroom looked like it hasn't been thoroughly cleaned based off the amount of dirt in the corners and the shirt tag stuck to the wall from a previous renter. The pool was completely unusable. I know it's not spring yet but you'd think with it being right around the corner they would at least be working on it or something....

“This place is a dive, at best. Cigarette burns in the bedding, smelled bad, uncomfortable beds, the list goes on and on. ”

“The property has not been maintained in a long time; a few hallway lights out, floor was filthy, our bathroom door didn’t close, a few broken windows, in desperate need of cleaning and painting, the air conditioning worked great, the tv did as well. The staff was courteous and respectful… reserved and paid for two nights, but left after the first one. ”

“Hotel needs to be closed down. Pool is dirty and has green water. Staff is very rude, they don’t have housekeeping. Rooms have rust all on the walls and the ceiling was peeling. My first night taking a shower the tub was stopped up no clean towels. The hotel is false advertising with the pictures . I booked for 2 nights and only stayed 1 night and got a refund for my 2nd night. I don’t advise nobody to book with them. I went to complain about my room the next morning to the staff and she locked...
