“Our group of 5 women celebrating a number of life milestones had a wonderful week. Check in was easy and the villa was amazing. Our only issue through the entire week was that the battery in the gate fob died and we were momentarily trapped inside with a pending golf tee time! The owner quickly realized our issue and gave us his fob and we were on our way within a few moments. Everything was wonderful and as expected!”

“Heerlijke tijd gehad, prachtig gelegen huis met fanatastisch uitzicht. Jammer dat bed- en badlinnen zelf verzorgd moet worden. WiFi werkt nauwelijks, evenals Tv. Verdere kleinere problemen werden door zeer goed contact met de eigenaar zo snel mogelijk verholpen. Persoonlijk hadden wij een airco op de slaapkamer lekker gevonden, het bleef boven heel warm. Maar een echte aanrader!”

“Leuk huis dat onderverdeeld is in 4 appartementen. Dat haal je niet uit de advertentie, het lijkt dat je het voor je alleen hebt. Echt een gezellig Italiaans appartement met leuk zwembad. Dorp is 5 minuten lopen maar ligt verder best ver overal vandaan. Je bent al snel een uur onderweg naar een leuk plaatsje. Het dorp zelf is erg leuk met hele smalle stijle straatjes en tunneltjes. Geweldig uitzicht!”

“This is an amazing property! Spectacular view of San Gimignano and of the surrounding area. Easy walking distance up the hill to San Gimignano. Four en suite bedrooms made it very comfortable and the house lacks for nothing, including history. The patios were great and having a swimming pool was a bonus. Alessandro was very helpful and available if we had any questions at all during our stay. I highly recommend this property.”

Das kleine Dorf Campligia Marittima ist super süß und man zu Fuß mehrere Lokale erreichen. Besser vorher einen Tisch reservieren. Für Familien mit Hunden ist der Dog Beach sehr empfehlenswert! “Wir waren für eine Woche dort, was leider etwas kurz ist, wenn man gerne mal ans Meer oder weiter weg fahren möchte. Zudem ist das Objekt nicht behinderten gerecht, da auch zwischen Küche und Wohnzimmer bzw. Nach draußen immer mindestens eine bis zwei Stufen sind. Ansonsten war aber alles top und die Besitzer sehr bemüht uns bei Fragen zur Seite zu stehen! So haben wir beispielsweise auf Frage extra noch einen Grill erhalten. Die Zimmer waren sauber und soweit mit allem notwendigen...

“Wir bewohnten im September 2023 drei Wochen die Villa Eleonora zu zweit und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Kosten von 150 Euro für die Endreinigung sind gut angelegt, denn das große Haus war außerordentlich sauber und gut gepflegt. Luca ist zu recht ein Premiumvermieter, denn er hat sich schon im Vorfeld und auch jederzeit umgehend um uns gekümmert, wenn wir ein Problem hatten. So schickte er gleich zwei Mitarbeiter als eine Lampe im OG ausfiel, um diese zu reparieren. Was das Haus auszeichnet, ist...

“The house is superb. The patio is covered and lit romantically. It offers insect repellent light. The pool is clean and shady during the day (chairs, not the pool itself). It is also fenced, as is the whole property, which helps if you travel with children or pets (dogs have their own outside bar installed). Rooms are spacious and have misquote nets which is extremely rare. They are also air conditioned. Kitchen is well equipped. The owners are extremely nice and welcoming. They will take care...
