Hotel in zona Michaywe, Gaylord

“The room had clumps of hair in the bathroom, entryway, bathtub and in the sheets. There was a thick layer of dust and cobwebs in every corner and nail clippings found on the window seat. When I asked for a refund the receptionist had an attitude with me and refused to give me a receipt that I had been checked out.”

“The room was a traditional small motel room that met our needs for a stopover on a road trip. The room was a bit stuffy. It had amenities like in-room coffee and refrigerator. The office offered some snacks and additional toiletries. It was located across the street from a restaurant/bar but there was not much else around that you could walk to after being in a car all day.”

“Place is a dump and staff are not friendly.”

“Clean room, could use some modernization. No complaints. Great location! Fair prices.”

“Wi-Fi was hard to use and everything was old”

“I thought the reviews were dramatic. They were NOT. The staff also lied about a refund and said Expedia would do it, then Expedia called them and said no. Paint flaking, rusty bath tub, mildew and mold through the room and building. We had to leave. DO NOT STAY HERE. The Best Western down the road is well worth the extra cost or sleep in your vehicle!”

“Very clean rooms. Nicely updated. Beautiful view of the lake.”

“Room was efficient and clean”

“Friendly staff, clean-nice room and love the pool area.”

“Nice place to stay if traveling with your pet ...Room was clean ...Staff was helpful.”

“Lovely place!!! Enjoyed our stay!!”

“it’s such a beautiful property. I was only able to stop over one night on my way from Michigan to New York, but I’d love to go back someday and see more of it.”

“I really liked staying there, and would definitely stay again!”
