The accommodation
Welcome to our freshly renovated and newly furnished vacation apartment!
The apartment is a cozy and well-equipped accommodation. It has a total of
42 square meters and is divided into a living/dining area with kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace in the green.

The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, toilet, washer-dryer and hairdryer. Towels and bed linen are provided and changed regularly.

The living room is furnished with a comfortable and spacious corner sofa, a large living room table and a Samsung Smart TV with cable connection.

The dining area is located in the living area, creating a very cozy atmosphere between the kitchen and the living room. Here you can sit on raised chairs at a comfortable dining table and are always within direct reach of the kitchen, which is fully equipped with two hotplates, a microwave (baking/defrosting/heating/grilling functions), fridge, kettle and coffee machine. Here you can easily prepare your meals and relax at the dining table.

The bed in the bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed. The bedroom itself invites you to a restful night's sleep. There is also a chest of drawers in the bedroom, which provides plenty of storage space. There is also a large mirror in the bedroom, as well as a medium-sized hand mirror.

The outdoor area with the pond is the perfect place to relax after a long day. The covered terrace allows you to linger outside even in the rain or snow. Of course you will find seating and a garden lounger.

The vacation apartment is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by nature. This offers you a wonderful opportunity to switch off and relax.

At the same time, however, you are only 9 minutes by car from Schwäbisch Hall town center, where there are numerous shopping facilities, restaurants, as well as a wonderful old town.
The nearest large supermarket is 7 minutes away by car. While the nearest bakery can be reached in just 3 minutes by car. The Schwäbisch Hall - Hessental train station is a 5-minute drive away and the bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away, so you are mobile even without a vehicle.

Another advantage is that you can take advantage of the Gasthaus zum Löwen, the restaurant above, at the weekend. Here you will find delicious, regional dishes and can chat with other guests. So if you don't feel like cooking, just go to the restaurant.
The opening hours are Friday - Sunday from 17:00 and Sunday 11:30 - 14:00
