“the Edwards room was small , especially the bathroom. It had a pocket door. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast amazing . Anna the innkeeper did a wonderful job. She was informative, friendly, and understanding, We had to leave on the 29th, I became ill. We love Cape May and recommend it for couples and families.”

“Another wonderful experience at Congress Hall. The staff was outstanding, our room was great with a view of the ocean. Can’t say enough good things about this place. There is nowhere else in Cape May we would rather stay. One recommendation, do the Hotel Tour. The information we learned about Congress Hall, both past and present, was fascinating.”

“The Inn is lovely and the staff is wonderful. The breakfasts were very filling with lots of great choices and the teatime and wine and cheese in the afternoon were lovely. The property could use some upgrading. The bathroom ceiling tiles were moldy and need to be replaced and outside of the guest room were trunks filled with cleaning supplies which should have been stowed way more discreetly. It’s an old house so the upkeep is considerable, but for the room rate, the place could use a little...

“Loved the ocean front view. Room was nicely updated, but the in wall air conditioner/heater was noisy - came on often throughout the night, disrupting our sleep - we were not able to shut it off with the remote control.”

“The room was very nice but: Split unit didn’t work consistently Parking in offseason still an issue Outside our door way too much light- shutters far from fully blocking it and way too much noise. The motel style layout not for us but the room was very nicely remodeled. Cleaning staff was good but office almost never available. They leave a number to call/text but neither gave a response”
