“The rooms heater was not working it was 27 degrees last night outside , the room was very cold . Try to contact front desk but no one ever answered.
Room was very dirty , sheets were stained and there was a white powder substance on the table . Room also had a very bad smell . ”

“Still under construction. Beautiful rooms. Most staff was helpful and pleasant.
Dining facilities are not up to standard. Many items on the menu were not available. I left one restaurant after being told 4 times that my selections were unavailable.(Sorry, we are out of ...) I went to the other restaurant, ordered a BLT. After waiting a while, I was told there was no sliced bread, but they could serve the BLT on a bun. I cancelled my order and left.”

“The desk staff were very rude when we checked in, a lady named Kay Hill, ignored us (and several other patrons) for several minutes while having a personal phone conversation.
Our hotel room had no shower curtain and the sink was damaged, but the room was clean and bright.
The hotel’s location is wonderful and well worth some minor inconveniences.”

“Where do I begin? The front desk - very nice- the bartenders- great- the room service (when they had enough staff to order) great- the guy who had to jimmy rig the hotel door to the pool - also great- door to pool was propped open with a trash can - the breakfast I paid for wasn’t an option- Buffett wasn’t available one of the days, the service in the restaurant was less than sub par. We will never stay at this property again. Bathrooms are so tiny, the rooms are dated…this place needs a...
