The place was immaculately clean and conveniently located. My wife thought the room was a little on the warm side but, to be fair, we stayed in the middle of a long heat wave.

Impressive the room tidy and comfortable to stay, the host were able to keep us always comfortable and offered us some help if anything we needed for. And last but not the least, the place is so quiet,

The stay was exactly what I needed it for! It had all the amenities required. They stayed upstairs and I could hear them walking but it wasn’t bothersome! Thank you for the wonderful stay.

The space was clean and cozy—perfect for our brief stay! It was nice having a private entrance and suite. The bed was comfy and the shower was revitalizing. The host was friendly and communicative as needed. We would be happy to stay again. a

Clean, basic amenities supplied. Was allowed to do a load of laundry, which was nice. It would help if a step stool was supplied as the washer is a top-loading and is difficult for short people. 😅

Communication with the host was excellent, always responded quickly. The room was well appointed and the house looked fairly new. There is a washer/dryer in the suite although there are rules to it's use so you may want to check on this prior to booking. The only negative I can say is that the sound proofing is not very good and it did get noisy at times in the evening although very quiet after 9pm and most of the other times (host and family live upstairs).
