“STAY AWAY!!!!! We payed in full before arrival for a 2 night stay. When we got to the property we upgraded to a jacuzzi suite and paid the difference. They never informed of a $150 incidental fee that they also charged. Although they didn’t inform us of it we thought well whatever because we know that’s frequently what hotels do. A day AFTER check out there was an additional $250 charge. I called the property and was told “it was a smoking fee. We have picture evidence of ashes in the room” I...

“Maid service only provided on 3rd day of stay and this was not readily made known to guests.
Bathtub had mold under a shelf between the tub and the fiberglass wall.
