- Set in the heart of the popular riverside village of Great Ayton, this property is within easy reach of two popular dining pubs, an ice cream parlour, selection of cafes and a tempting fish and chip shop. The walk up Roseberry Topping was recently named one of Britain’s favourite walks and the views from the summit are pretty spectacular. A circular walk from Great Ayton to Roseberry Topping will take approximately five hours and also takes in nearby Captain Cooks Monument. A short drive away is the delightful market town of Stokesley, hosting a weekly market on its handsome cobbled square, together with independent shops, cafes and restaurants. Keen walkers should join the famous Cleveland Way or head south to reach the breath-taking North York Moors.
Step into the welcoming lounge, complimented with wooden floors and stylish furnishings to create a relaxing environment. There is comfortable seating to sink into and a Smart TV for cosy nights in, this leads through to the dining room with a stylish dining table to enjoy a special meal with a loved one. The kitchen offers everything you need to rustle up a good meal during your stay such as electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher with a ground floor separate WC nearby. Heading upstairs to the bedroom, the double bed and complimenting furniture ensure for a good nights sleep, leave your belongings in the nearby dressing room with fitted wardrobes and full length mirror. The bathroom offers shower over bath and WC.
Outside there is a small rear courtyard and off-road parking is situated at a nearby free car park (subject to availability).
This is the sister property to 'The Old Police House' which is just round the corner!
