“We have stayed at this property several times over the years and have watched it decline to the point where we chose to stay elsewhere. I grew up in the area and return often. When I saw the property was rebranded under Wyndham/Ramada, I decided to check it out. The recent upgrades have restored the property to it's original calibre as a Holiday Inn and I will go back whenever I need accommodated there. “I was staying a week. My first room was not clean- bathroom was dirty in shower and sink had mold like black ring around rim and rug not vacuumed very well. I changed to a 2nd room and the sink was dirty and toilet was missing the seat tab and was dirty. Went back to front desk got a 3rd room where the toilet seat was broken and the closet door would not move open. I told the front desk and they sent maintenance to fix it. They fixed the seat but closet door was stuck to one side. I ended up...

“The place was clean and everywhere smelled fresh. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was mediocre at best but staff kept things filled and clean. The pool is nothing special but again, it was clean in that area and well maintained. It's the perfect place when you aren't booking for amenities but booking because you need a clean, nicely maintained place to stay while you're traveling.”

The location perfect, you have bunch of great restaurant around the hotel . Downtown Pittsburgh is only 20 min . I recommend for sure !!!!”
