"Spa was great hotel was great but unfortunately our upgraded spa bathroom was bad the spa bath stank really bad of rotten eggs when the jets were switched on and the all singing and dancing shower didn't work only the small detachable shower head worked"

"Room was big and the bed was big. Very clean throughout. The walls and headboards were a little tired looking. Our first room had faulty air con and on our last night we were given another room. We got a 30% refund for the nights we had no air con. The screen casting worked well in our first room ..."

"Really enjoyed our stay. The grounds, room and facilities were lovely. The only slight negative for us was restricted hours for family swimming sessions but otherwise we really enjoyed it and can understand the need to please all users. The staff were superb."
