“We found this accommodation suited us very well for 4 days as a base for touring the local area. It was fresh, clean and confortable. The hot tub was very private and easy to set up. Off street parking was for our sole use and was immediately next to door and internal stairs leading up to property. We were able to make a cooked breakfast each morning using facilities in the open plan kitchen. “This is my go to hotel whenever I'm in Hull. The speed of check-in, the friendliness of ALL the staff: reception, bar, hygiene they are a credit to the place. It's perfectly placed too, just a short walk from the railway station and the marina, close to great shopping areas too, but more importantly it's ideally situated for exploring Old Town. ”

“Pros: - Very modern structure; - Room's large and clean; - Kind staff. Cons: - Restaurant has only junk food; - Anything you might want you need to pay extra 5 pounds. Gym? 5 pounds. Parking? 5 pounds, and so forth. The only exception is the breakfast, which is 10 pounds. If you take a cup of coffee and two cookies like me it's better go to Starbucks, stick is within the hotel.”
