Freddie was very responsive and shared some great local recommendations as well. One of them was to get a sausage roll at the Cotswold Guy, which we hadn’t come across in our own research. My husband said it was the best sausage roll he’s ever had!”

“Overall the accommodation was great and we would 100% recommend this property to one and all.However, for those with a dog wishing to book this property beware, there is no walking from the accommodation other than a small field adjacent which the farmer is happy for you to use for early morning relief!The owner needs to read the guestbook as a number of minor issues have been highlighted, but never rectified for example the lack of coat hanging in the entrance hall where two very suitable...

“The cottage is in a lovely smaller sized village that is lovely to stroll in and around. The people I encountered on my walks were very friendly. It is easy to get to other villages. The second bedroom is up 2 flights of stairs which was a surprise but not a problem for us.”

“We had a lovely stay at Greenhill Farm. It is a typical farm house with period features but it well maintained and has been fully modernised. We were very comfortable there.Set in acres of land owned by the farm, there are plenty of walks from the site. The site team are very friendly and helpful and catered for our every need.Would definitely recommend.”

“Accommodation was perfect everything we needed was there. So warm & comfortable and clean . Very impressed with the whole place. Beds were super comfortable had brilliant nights sleep. Couldn’t fault anything would highly recommend. Even had two horses at bottom of garden that came everyday to say hello.”

“We booked here for a weekend to attend a friend's wedding and had a wonderful stay. Finch Cottage is great - there is so much thoughtful attention to detail throughout the property. It has a well-stocked kitchen and Jilly had left delicious homemade marmalade and muesli which we were very grateful for, not to mention the bottles of wine and a local ale! The cottage itself is beautifully decorated and everything is really well considered. It has a lovely fireplace with more than ample wood...
