Very close to town for entertainment but far enough away that you can get alone time. We would make 2 very strong recos. Put up curtains or blinds in the living room; it's disconcerting that the neighbors can see right in. Also, leave an instruction sheet for the TV; it was very challenging trying to figure out how the remote worked and what options were...

“The house was located steps from restaurants and shops. Parking was easy with parking on the street. The house is great for families. The kitchen can only be accessed through a bedroom which was not ideal. There is a small refrigerator and freezer which was great to store our beverages and snacks. The kitchen was minimally stocked with only salt, pepper, coffee and cooking oil. The restroom has an antique bathtub which is difficult to get in and out off. “Wine trip with grandmother and 3 granddaughters. We loved the cottage and found it to be everything as advertised and more. It was roomy and clean and the hot tub was delightful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!! Especially impressive are the lush greenery on the grounds. The flowers and plants were unbelievably beautiful!! Thank you for everything.”

“My wife and I had a fantastic 4 night trip to Healdsburg, and David and Kelly's cottage was the perfect place to stay. It is on a quiet street a short walk from the plaza. The on-street parking is right in front of the cottage. Everything was fresh and clean, and David and Kelly were excellent hosts. I highly recommend staying at the cottage.”

“This is a cute little unit located right near downtown Santa Rosa and located at the back of a property behind the main house. I believe the owners have done a great job with what they have. While the layout is a little odd, the entire place has charm and is well equipped and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked (the fresh creamer for coffee and plentiful k-cups are a great touch), there are plenty of towels, extra bedding, etc. The bed is pretty firm, so be aware of that if you prefer a...
