The unit was as described. We were all very comfortable and had a great time.The owner was very responsive to the few questions we had.We walked to the beach, Cliff Walk, and restaurants, and took short Uber rides to the downtown/wharf area.We would definitely stay again if we come back to the area.Thank you!

The place was perfect. We had 9 girls and very one slept comfortably and it was so convenient to Downtown Newport and the beach was a short 5 minute walk. The host was so easy to communicate with Answered with minutes both leading up to our stay and while we were there.

Beautiful house in walking distance to everything!

This house is beautiful and super spacious. In walking distance to the beach and many restaurants and shops. Also a very close drive or uber over the Newport. The house was super clean and had clean beds and also clean towels on every bed for us. Check in / out process was super easy. The host was very nice and communicated to us via text to make sure our stay was going well. We had a great time and have nothing but amazing things to say about this rental!! Thank you all again!

Beautiful property, close to everything! Met all of our needs for a bachelorette party. The only issue we had was we ran out of toilet paper as there were only 2 per bathroom so we had to run out and grab more. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Hi all. House was great. Plenty of space for 8 adults. Any questions to the owner were answered on a timely basis. Only minor quirks. No electric kettle nor hair dryer. Luckily, sisters had brought their own and using a sauce pan to boil water worked great for those that wanted tea. Hah

The location of this place was stellar. Residential yet close enough to the main road to walk almost everywhere. The ocean view from the upstairs bedrooms was a great perk, too.

Great location

You are around 3 beaches …. 2 of them are in walking distance. The 3rd one you think you’re at the Cape! They had beach chairs, some toys for kiddos. Downtown Newport and the cliff walk are also close by. An ice cream store with homemade ice cream which is to die for! A breakfast place which everyone was thrilled with !!! Service isn’t fast but hey you’re on vaca time!

Family Vacation

This property checks all the boxes for us. No wonder we keep coming back! It is close to so many places and is so convenient. Well-stocked and with a responsive host, we have always enjoyed our stay and are sad to leave. Such a pleasurable vacation each and every time!! Just love it!!

Great Location and Place to Stay for Large Groups

Grant’s place was clean and comfortable. My friends and I had a wonderful stay there for my bachelorette trip! It was conveniently located not far from the downtown area and very relaxing by the beach.

Perfect place to stay in the Newport area!

My family and I stayed at this VRBO in July 2022 to have our first ever big family vacation and also to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday, who loves the beach and the Narragansett area. Although we were jealous of the master bedroom my sister/bro in law got out of the deal ;) the top floor was perfect for them with 2 kids (age 4, 1) in tow - they took over those 2 bedrooms and the upstairs living room (turned play space!) to give everyone else space and kept noise at bay when the adults were all staying up late downstairs. They basically had their own apartment, which was perfect. There are 2 other bathrooms, but only 1 other shower, but we worked it all out - easy peasy. The place was exactly as advertised - super clean, air conditioned, great appliances for cooking, easy to check in and out. We grilled out on the porch our first night, and although we had to bring in some of our own items here and there like sink sponges and more paper towels/TP, that's not unexpected, and there were so many great amenities provided like serving dishes, brand new Brita pitchers, great grilling tools, salt and pepper, and best of all, a cart, beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach for the couple of folks that couldn't fit them in the car. Easton beach was a short walk away (or short drive if needed), a liquor store with ice for coolers was around the corner. We also got to enjoy great sunset views each night. Perfect location, really! Newport for our dinners out is a short drive away - the fam with kids drove and the rest of us hopped in Ubers/Lyfts to make sure we got to the restaurants on time while they parked. So many wonderful places to eat in Newport only a 10 minute ride away! Long story long, we had an awesome 4 nights there, and want to go back and would book this spot again for sure. Big thank you to the owner as well for answering my many picky questions before and when we got there to make sure it was seamless.

Perfect summer rental

We coordinated a little family reunion at the property. There was plenty of dedicated space for each little family unit - the young kids and their parents upstairs, the teenager in his own room, my parents in theirs and we had our own space. We were able to easily walk to the smaller beach, and hoofed it to second beach, farther down the main road. There were plenty of outdoor dinner options right down the road. We drove into "Old Newport" and walked around to great coffee, boutiques. Each morning, a few of us did the Cliff Walk. Grant was a text away and everything was extremely clean, comfortable and as advertised. We'd certainly return again with family or friends.

Family Beach Getaway

This beautiful property could not have been more perfect for us and our family. Close to the beach, restaurants, bars, ice cream and more, it was loaded with all types of thoughtful amenities such as beach towels, chairs, linens, and soaps, and cleaners. Grant was only a text away if needed, but so accommodating and helpful. Hope to see you next year! Thank you, Grant...we enjoyed every minute!

Great host, nice house, perfect location.

Stayed here for a family reunion. House worked well - room for everyone to have their own space and still be a true "get-together". Nicely set-up with everything you would need. Walking distance to lots of things. Would definitely go back.
