Family Beach House con cortile chiuso e Easy Walk To The Beach, aggiornato nel 2018!

La nostra casa familiare è predisposta per ospitare 8 in letti esistenti, con spazio in 3 delle 4 camere da letto per letti aggiuntivi con materassi ad aria (2 forniti) e culle (nessuno fornito). È una casa con 4 camere da letto, 2 bagni con doccia esterna e terrazza esterna. Al piano superiore troverete una camera da letto matrimoniale recentemente rinnovata con un letto matrimoniale king size e bagno privato, una camera con un letto matrimoniale e una con due letti singoli / rotelle. Al piano superiore offre anche una sala per adulti / area salotto / visione per guardare film più tranquilli su una TV a schermo piatto. Al piano inferiore ha un'altra camera da letto con letto full / futon. Inoltre al piano inferiore c'è un bagno con vasca e doccia, cucina e soggiorno aperto / spazioso nella zona pranzo con una grande area divano a forma di L e TV a schermo piatto. Fuori dalla porta d'ingresso c'è una griglia a gas, e sul ponte posteriore c'è un tavolo da picnic per 6-8, 2 sedie adirondack e NOVITÀ nel 2018 una buca per il fuoco con posti a sedere e primi tronchi forniti.

Una casa sulla spiaggia non sarebbe una casa sulla spiaggia senza una DOCCIA ESTERNA ~ proprio accanto alla porta d'ingresso.
Gli elettrodomestici da cucina includono una nuova cucina elettrica / forno, frigorifero inossidabile, lavastoviglie e forno a microonde. Inoltre è inclusa una macchina per il caffè, frullatore, nutribullet e cuociriso oltre a tutti i normali oggetti di cottura / preparazione dei pasti. Lenzuola e asciugamani sono forniti, insieme ad alcune sedie a sdraio e un dispositivo di raffreddamento della spiaggia.

Eight of us stayed at Jackie's to celebrate a 30th birthday. The house had everything in it for fun! Pelaton, ping pong table, piano, Guitar Hero, fire pit, good size private back yard, etc. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds comfortable. It's a nine minute walk to First Beach, and less for coffee places, and restaurants. A one mile uber to downtown Newport. We would love to come again!

We had an amazing time! We are a bunch of 30-somethings that came for my sister's bachelorette party and had a great weekend. The house is a great chill-out place and is in close proximity to a bunch of stuff, including the town of Newport. We drove into town mostly, but also got an Uber a few times that got there in less than 10m. There was lots of room to hang out, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the house had everything we needed (except a toaster, which the awesome hosts insisted on buying and dropping off for us). Newport is beautiful and we hope to come back some day. We would absolutely stay here again in the future!

We had a great time staying at the home with our dogs while participating in all the events for our son’s wedding in Newport & Portsmouth, RI. The house was very centrally located for us to walk to the beach and drive to the various attractions! Thanks Jacki!

Great home in a great location.

My husband and I along with our 3 adult children and significant others stayed in this home for an extended wedding weekend. The house was in a great location. The home was very comfortable, clean and spacious. I especially loved the master bedroom and bathroom. The backyard was beautiful and set up for enjoying the outdoor space. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more. Jackie was very accommodating and answered questions almost immediately. We all said we would love to return!!

We enjoyed our stay in Newport Beach. The home was perfect for our stay with comfortable rooms and we really enjoyed the ping pong table. The host was easy to reach and we appreciated the response to our needs.

Perfect Family Vacation

House had everything we wanted for a relaxing fall break. Kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms were comfortable, and plenty of space to hang out and relax. Everyone loved having a ping-pong table and firepit. Easy walk in to town for dinners and the beach. Quick trip over to Newport to see the sites. Great communication with the hosts. Gym passes were an added bonus. Can't wait to come back!!!

Convenient location and great back yard!

We enjoyed our stay at Jackie’s place. The house has a lovely back yard and ample sleeping space. It was a great spot for a group of family and friends to stay for a wedding.

8 of us stayed comfortably at this beautiful home! This was the perfect location; walking distance to a few restaurants, a quick drive into downtown Newport. It was so much fun! The house itself very clean! Would recommend.

CLEAN, COZY AND CONVENIENT

This home was perfect for our group which included several adults, our senior Lab and our son's two mini-doxies, with 4 queen bedrooms and 2 full baths. The location is convenient to everything and the neighborhood is quiet and very safe. The owners were great as was their response time to any question/request we had. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great property, very kind hosts!

What a great house! It was perfect for what we needed. We came for Newport Folk Festival and our hosts were kind enough to let us stay outside the standard Saturday-Saturday weeklong stay to accommodate that. We walked to the beach mostly everyday which was very convenient and they supplied lots of chairs, a cooler, and other beach necessities. House is well stocked with linens and and was very clean. The AC units made the house very cool and comfortable in July and it has great seating for big groups, both inside and out! We had one small issue and the hosts were very responsive and helpful - and when they needed to drop by to help us they were respectful of us - scheduled a time to come by and waited until we opened the door to enter which I very much appreciated. All around great stay and I will rebook if we are in Newport again!

Great place to stay for walking to beaches, great restaurants, playgrounds and short drive to Newport! The house is well equipped for rainy days too with fun games, pool/ping pong table! Our whole family from ages 2 - 65 enjoyed all of the wonderful amenities that they provided!

Amazing Spot right outside Newport

My friends and I thought this house was perfect. You are close to all the best restaurants/bars in the area and not to far from the ferry to block island. There was more then enough linens, towels, supply for your stay. Overall a great experience. Would recommend this house to anyone.

Family summer Vacation

I want to say we had a wonderful time in this home and enjoyed Newport RI. I did contact the owner when we first got there due to a lot off laundry in both washer and dryer. It was stuff so full that the dryer twisted everything up. I would of like to of known that the only way to get to the upstairs bathroom is through the master bedroom. There are two other bedrooms and a game room / sleeping chairs. Everyone had to go through our room at night . With that said Jackie was very nice and offered to refund us if we wanted to leave. Her husband was also very nice and dropped off a oversized umbrella for the patio. We all had beautiful nights at the fire pit . The house had everything you would need in the kitchen to make a gourmet meal.

Great Stay in Newport, R.I Area

Owner was responsive, house was very attainable to all activities in area. House is VERY WELL stocked & comfortable. Plenty of supplies if anything was not brought that might be needed in a pinch. Games, kitchen supplies, extra bedding, BBQ, washer/dryer, kitchen supplies, great backyard space w/patio. Plenty of room.
