IL SOGGIORNO MINIMO INVERNALE È DI 9 MESI. ESTATE SETTIMANALE SABATO A SABATO. Questo cottage ha due camere da letto. Una con un letto matrimoniale, con contenitore sopra il letto e cassetti incorporati sotto il letto, con 2 armadi e un ufficio. L'altra camera ha una serie di letti a castello, ideali per i bambini. Con armadio e cassapanca giocattolo integrata. Il bagno è completo con vasca e doccia. Mobile da toeletta e medicina per contenere tutti i tuoi articoli da toeletta. Il soggiorno ha un divano e 2 sedie a farfalla. La cucina ha un tavolo da macellaio e 4 sedie. La cucina è completamente arredata con forno a microonde, caffettiera, frullatore, piano cottura elettrico in vetro, frigorifero, bollitore, piatti per la cena, posate, bicchieri di tutte le dimensioni, pentole e padelle, tutto ciò di cui potresti aver bisogno durante il tuo soggiorno. Il cottage ha internet e via cavo. Sul ponte enorme hai la tua griglia a gas e mobili da giardino. Abbiamo appena fatto una doccia esterna aperta in modo da poter lavare via tutto il sale e la sabbia dalla spiaggia ed essere rinfrescati per sedersi sul ponte e rilassarsi con un cocktail. Hai un parcheggio fuori strada per 2 auto.

Amazing Getaway!

My mom, sister and I stayed at the cottage for a short weekend and the stay was perfect!! The house was immaculate and Beth was an incredible host! She was there to greet us and help us with anything we needed. What a perfect location for the beach and a short ride to downtown! Would 1000% recommend and stay again!!!!

Best spot

An amazing cottage perfect for a family of 3-4. Immaculate both in and out! Beth and Dave take care of everything to make your stay enjoyable and stress free. This is our 5th year staying here and we always look forward to returning. Close to everything- Walk to beach and a quick drive to Newport. GREAT

Cozy beach cottage in a great location

We had a great stay! Loved being able to walk to the beach and so close to everything that Newport & Middletown. The cottage is super clean and enjoyed the firm bed. The hosts are so friendly and helpful. We went to a local beach each day, had great food mainly in Newport and so much to do that kept the family entertained nearby! Great spot

Great Stay in Newport

My family and I loved had a great time in Newport at the cottage. The first thing is the location is spectacular, with just a short walk to Easton's beach. It's also a convenient, short drive to downtown Newport and other tourist areas. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, which are easy to walk to. The cottage itself was cozy and comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds. The washer/dryer was very convenient. Beth and Dave put out some lawn games for the kids to play everyday in the green space in the backyard. They are always available to assist with any requests or questions. In short, we would definitely stay hear again! Thanks again, Beth and Dave!

Stayed here with my two young children , Highly recommend

The property was perfect for us Just the right size , the kids loved the bunk beds and the yard with games like corn hole was a great way to wind down in the evenings after the beach Super convenient location, close to some of our favorite places to grab a bite like the Atlantic Grill, Tickets, and Aquidneck Pizza. Floa Clamshack is right there too. All very kid friendly and walkable. We loved taking walks at night along the water which was just down the street While we can walk to Eastons we also loved Second Beach ( great easy snack bar) and Surfers End , which has free parking after 4pm Very well kept property with very kind and attentive owners We will surely book again when we come back next year or even in the Winter

Lovely vacation home

Our second visit and we loved it again! Beth and Dave are welcoming and helpful, but not intrusive. Dave replaced a lightbulb right after we asked. The cottage is sweet and well equipped, even now with a great washer and dryer. The deck is relaxing. The lovely Easton’s beach is a reasonable walk away even for someone with difficulty walking. You should make this your vacation home, but just not when we want to go!

Property is clean beyond expectations and very well organized.

We stayed one week but wish we would have booked for 2. The house is super clean and the big patio, we did use a lot for diners and for morning relaxation. Quiet neighborhood close to services and close to beach. Will I return? Yes I will. Tks!

Great experience.

The owners are very nice and were attentive to all our needs. The unit was spotless and had all the amenities you would need, to prepare a meal for example. The gas grill was newer and clean. The property is well maintained and very convenient.

Surfer’s Paradise!

We had a wonderful vacation and very much enjoyed our stay! Dave and Beth (and Surf) were incredible hosts, super responsive when we had questions, and very welcoming! Perfect location just a short stroll to the beach and downtown Newport. House was better than advertised - very clean and stocked with all essentials. Can’t wait to visit again!

Great vacation spot and house

We totally enjoyed our vacation! This cottage is in a perfect location - just a short walk to the beach without needing to get in the car. And just a short walk to some neat restaurants. And the icing on the cake is the short drive (or walk for the ambitious!) to downtown Newport! The cottage met all our needs and the hospitality provided by Beth and Dave was really terrific. In short, we couldn't have asked for a better vacation!

Best location and hosts ever!

Beth and Dave are the most welcoming and generous hosts I've experienced. This cottage is INCREDIBLY located close to everything -- walking distance to amazing beaches and the Cliff Walk and a very short drive to Newport shopping and tons of area things to do. The cottage is so clean, bright and comfy - it has everything you need - we even grilled out one evening on the beautiful deck w its big backyard view. Seriously cannot say enough how perfect this cottage fit our needs. It was my husband, me and our good friend for the week and we can't wait to return! Beth and Dave made lovely suggestions on food, beaches, kayaking and offered anything we wanted. what a great decision and an awesome week!

A Lovely Week

We were fortunate enough to find Beth and Dave’s property on VRBO just as RI was reopening after COVID. What a wonderful week! This 2BR/1BA property is fully furnished with all the things you need - A/C, a fully-outfitted kitchen, a lovely big bed in BR1 and bunks in BR2, and a bathroom with a tub/shower. They also had a gas grill, a big side yard, an outside shower, and fun outside games like cornhole. Beth and Dave are lovely, attentive hosts. The beach is a 5 minute walk, and has soft, clean sand and not too many people. There is a Shaw’s and a 24-hour CVS about a 10 minute drive away (along with various restaurants and shops even closer). We will definitely look forward to visiting again!

Perfect Summer Vacation

The property was super clean, great location and has everything you need for a perfect vacation stay. Close to all that Newport and Middletown have to offer. You can walk to multiple restaurants/bars from the property and Less than a 4 minute walk to Easton’s beach. The hosts Dave and Beth are the coolest, sweetest couple on the island and are always available whenever you need them. I would highly recommend a stay at Surfers Paradise

Love Surfer's Paridise

This was our fourth time staying here with our son. Great location with quick access to all the Newport area has to offer. Beth and Dave are top notch hosts who truly care that your stay is pleasant. We rented at the same time as our friends who were in the other cottage and we had a blast!

My family of 4 just returned from Newport, RI and our stay at the Surfer's Paradise. We were very pleased with the house and specifically its location. We were able to walk to Easton Beach and ride our bikes to 2nd beach and 3rd beach easily. We even rode the bikes into downtown Newport, although that was a bit further. The owners were extremely friendly and accommodating. The place was nicely appointed, clean and had a great deck. We recommend checking out this place and renting from these great people!!

Best beach vacation yet!

Beautiful property hosted by warm, friendly, attentive people. Owners Beth and Dave could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Extremely clean unit, everything we needed was there, restaurants and first beach within walking distance. Second beach was clean, not very crowded, and waves were great. We will definitely be back for another stay!

Comfortable, Clean, Safe, GREAT location

Cottage was comfortable, cozy, and safe. Having landlords - a wonderful, kind, and helpful couple - right next door was a great comfort, knowing they'd be there if any issues arose or I had any questions. Great location near Easton's Beach and 2nd Beach with easy access to Downtown Newport and Middletown.

A Great Peaceful Place

What can i say Beth and Dave make you soo welcome Check in was easy and Dave met us and we just walked in to a lovely super clean cottage ,lovely furnishings,the bathroom and kitchen were immaculate .a lovely outside deck,and lots of room for our 6 year old to run around . Beth and Dave got some lawn games out for us and were so helpful with our questions about the local area. The cottage had fast internet and great tv for those chilling days . Honestly we could not say enough how nice our stay was,and right by the beach. it really doesn't get better than this. i really don't want to tell you all ,as the secret will be out.and there won't be any room . Give them a go. You won't be disappointed Many thanks and see you next year Nick

LOCATION...LOCATION...LOCATION!!!!

The owners, Beth and Dave, were very welcoming! They answered any questions that we had and gave us several suggestions for nightly activities in the area, as well as good beach spots. The location was perfect! The cottage is within walking distance to Easton Beach, as well as many local stores and restaurants. The back yard was amazing for our kids and the deck was ideal for sunset dinners! We loved staying at their cottage and can’t wait to go back next year!!!!
