- Beach chairs, towels, and a cooler are provided — just grab and go
- Fast Wi-Fi for streaming or remote work (if you have to)
- Complimentary toiletries in bathrooms (tooth brushes, toothpaste, mouthwash, shampoo, conditioner & makeup wipes)

Guests are encouraged to enjoy the large backyard into the evening. We want to extend this 5-star experience to you our guests, as well as our neighbors. One of our core values is to be a good neighbor. This means we have a zero-tolerance policy for late night parties. Middletown’s noise ordinance starts at 10pm each day of the week.

Activities must come inside at 10pm, and windows should be closed if volume will impact our neighbors and their children. Thank you for respecting our island community, and our commitment to be a good neighbor.

A Middletown town ordinance limits guests to 2 adults per bedroom. Additional children are allowed. Our rental is registered with the state, and the town. The town inspects the house annually for safety.
The house is equipped with smoke and carbon-monoxide detectors. There is also a flashlight, first aid kit, and fire extinguisher located under the kitchen sink.

No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed in the house. If you wish to smoke, please do so in the backyard at least 20 feet from the doors and windows. Please safely extinguish and throw out your butts in the outside trash.
