"The apartment is exactly as described: comfortable, spacious, with almost everything I needed, apart from coffee making apparatus. Not even a cafetiere, just instant sachets. "Excellent place! Top floor. Nice outside deck area overlooking the Farnborough executive airport. Walking distance to restaurants, International Exhibition Center, Coffee shops. Costco (if you want to cook at home!). Perfectly clean and all amenities needed (iron and board, fan, cookware, etc. Coffee snobs should bring your own, and also bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Super strong Internet too! Bed, sheets, and pillows not to Westin standards, but overall, I loved staying here! "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Coastguards. We’re regular visitors of west wittering and the location is perfect for exploring the beach and local area. A very comfortable and functional place for the family. We would have loved a bbq! The kitchen was a little dated but we spent little time in the cottage as we were out and about enjoying crabbing, beach walks, the local pub and Chichester. Thank you!"

"It is a handily located property, just as described, and very close to the sea, which you can see from both balconies. The balconies themselves are exceptional and spacious, one with morning sun and one with evening sun. Nice garden too. The house itself nicely designed and very well served with cooking equipment. "We came to stay for a very wet Easter week away with the kiddies was just wanting a diff environment for a few days. It lived up to that and much more, even in the cold wet weather the location and home was perfect, We was kept very warm and Cosy in this property it really was home for home. "My husband and I were travelling along the south coast of England visiting family. We stayed at Old Sefter School for two nights and were absolutely thrilled with everything about our stay. Carole and Tim were incredibly hospitable and ensured that everything was to our liking. We had everything we needed and enjoyed exploring the village and walking the beach. "The 16c house is quaint with sloping walls and floors, original beams and inglenook fireplaces. Sympathetically renovated with lovely quality finishing. "My kids live with their mother, which is 2 hours away, my daughter had a dance so we booked this hotel specifically to spend the day with my children because it's advertised as having a pool. It does have a pool, but you have to pay £5 per hour to use it per person AND there's lots of closed off times that you can't use the pool. None of this information is shared on Hotels.com. I would NOT have booked this room had I known that upfront"
