“The staff texted me early the day of our visit to advise me of the broken elevator and then made sure we were placed on first floor. I am pretty sure he did that bc he knew we were seniors. I really appreciated that jester.”

“I rated this place as excellent even though the elevator was out. Liked everything about the place.”

“The only complaint I have is about the mats outside the elevator on the first floor—it was extremely dirty with visible stains, which gave me a poor first impression of the hotel. It made me worry that the room might be in the same condition. Thankfully, I was pleasantly surprised—the room was super nice and very clean! I really enjoyed my stay. The AC was perfectly cool, just the way I like it. I’ll definitely stay here again.”
