Hi Deborah, We apologize that you were not completely satisfied with your stay. Currently as a Marriott requirement we do offer Housekeeping Service based on request only. With the pandemic still ongoing it is for the safety of our guests and staff that we are limiting how many rooms we are entering each day so we only enter your room to clean if were asked. We do also offer coffee every day during our breakfast hours but as a Marriott requirement we do take down all breakfast items after breakfast is over. Again we do apologize that you were not completely satisfied with you experience at our hotel but we do appreciate your feedback.
