Yosemite cabin with private lake + Twin Springs

Escape it all with this 14 acre private lake cabin home, located just outside Yosemite. Swim, boat or fish off the dock, go for a nature walk on the property, let the kids play on the swings, gaze at the stars, play disc golf or just relax in the hammock and enjoy the view.

The newly upgraded cabin is perfectly set up for multiple families, friends or couples. You can work remotely if you like, with high speed Starlink internet. Plus you can charge your EV to put your range anxiety at ease.
The space
Bedroom 1 (Primary) has a king size bed, its own bathroom and closet. There is also a folding mattress you can use for a little one. The bathroom has a walk in shower, soaking tub and dual sinks.


Bedroom 2 has bunk beds with a full on bottom, a twin on top and a trundle twin bed underneath. It’s adjacent to the second bathroom with a large claw foot tub and shower.


The main living area features a large sectional, TV with access to multiple streaming services and great views of the deck and the lake below. The loft has a large fold-out futon, working desk and view of the main living area.


The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook or bake whatever you like. Included is a coffee maker, crock pot, blender and other appliances. There is a full size BBQ on the back deck as well for anything you want to grill.


The dining room features a ten foot live edge redwood table with beautiful views of the lake. Next to that is a play area with a pop-a-shot basketball game, lots of board games, and a fun child hanging pod swing.


Outside has a patio table, lounge seating, a hammock, additional chairs and benches plus some stadium seats from Candlestick park, all overlooking the water. There is also a giant Connect Four and Jenga game for more outdoor entertainment.

Guest access
Guests can access all 14 acres of the property, have full use of the entire lake, all rooms in the home, and can walk the large property to take in the beautiful surroundings. The house and the grounds offer complete privacy.
Other things to note
Electric Vehicle Charging:
We have a 14-50 outlet for charging your Tesla or other EVs. You’ll need to bring your mobile charger and 14-50 adapter.

There are plenty of floats, boats, and life jackets that are free to use on the lake but of course feel free to bring your own. There are also bass and perch fish in the lake and you are welcome to fish but please bring your own equipment.

Feel free to walk the property, checking out the barn, orchard, large lavender fields, Miwok grinding stones and large pastures. Any fruit you find on the trees or fish you catch, you are welcome to eat or cook.

VERIFICATION: Bookings are protected by TRUVI. After confirmation, guests must complete identity verification (takes less than a minute) before arrival. Check-in details will be shared after this step. Guests may also need to agree to House Rules or Terms & Conditions.

HOUSE RULES:
1. NO EXTRA GUESTS: Reservation limit strictly enforced. No visitors/unregistered guests without approval. Fee 25 per guest/night over 2nd guest. Violation results in cancellation.
2. CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in 4PM, Out 10AM. Unauthorized late checkout incurs fees. Early/late requests subject to availability and fees.
3. NO PETS: Strictly prohibited and monitored at check-in.
4. NO SMOKING: Outdoors only, 25ft from doors. Violation fee 250.
5. QUIET HOURS: 10PM-7AM. No outdoor noise/music. Please respect neighbors to avoid cancellation.
6. PHOTOSHOOTS: Commercial/pro shoots require prior approval and fees.
7. PARTIES: No events/parties without written approval.
8. MAINTENANCE: Guests must allow vendor access for repairs/upkeep; we will notify you.
9. MESS: No glitter/confetti. Please clean up to avoid 500 excess mess fee.
10. WIFI: No illegal use. Connectivity not guaranteed.
11. RESCHEDULE: Requests treated per cancellation policy. Requests under 14 days must cancel and rebook.
12. CAMERAS: Active recording at doorbell and driveway. None inside or in private outdoor spaces.
13. PARKING: Max 4 cars in driveway.
14. DAMAGES: Report breakage immediately. Unreported damage incurs 100 fee plus replacement costs.
15. INSURANCE: Traveler’s insurance recommended for unforeseen issues.
16. OUTDOORS: Life jackets mandatory in pond. Do not leave children unattended at pond/playground. Use equipment at own risk.

Failure to follow rules constitutes a breach of contract resulting in immediate cancellation without refund.
