“We had a nice clean room on the 1st floor with an ocean view, but from 8-5 the view was mostly obscured by 3 rows of large umbrellas all across the hotel property for people to rent. Staff were not unfriendly but they didn’t seem eager to please either, and some were indifferent. It is a very noisy hotel, with music going from 10-9 and it’s very loud (we couldn’t sit in our balcony when it was cranked up). “The rooms were okay, the beds were a little uncomfortable and the pillows were super thin. When asked for extra pillows we were told there weren’t any available. The sink in the kitchen area was poorly designed due to the faucet being too big that when you turn it on it’s spilling over the counter.The “complimentary breakfast” consists of prepackaged boiled eggs, yo plait yogurt and oatmeal packets. The hallways also reeked of marijuana. Overall the hotel was subpar. ”
