“The night front desk was polite. The morning person was NOT AT ALL. I had a meeting so my partner waited in the lobby from the 10am checkout until 11:15 when i got back. The front desk person told him he couldnt stay in the lobby and bad to leave evn though he turned in the key proving we stayed there. Also saw a bedbug in the room. ”

It felt like a hollowed out apartment at times where you could hear the people in the rooms next door and up stairs walking around. The staff were very friendly and helpful. “The rooms were much smaller than expected. Although the two beds were a decent size, there were no closets or wardrobes. This meant that we either had to keep everything on the sitting bench that shut it out into the very thin walkway at the foot of the beds, or hang everything up.
