Our flight arrived late, so we checked in given the information that was sent to us and the room was actually occupied by another traveler. The code worked and the door started to open and the person let us know he was in there. This was 2:00am! Then, the host routed to another room that was in terrible shape with styrofoam in the place of the lock on the door, door didn’t latch, mirror was broken, toilet roll broken. 2 bath towels for 3 travelers (no washcloths or hand towels). The owner never told us the room number and code changed but said he sent info at 1pm the day of. He never indicated it was a change and as I mentioned the code opened a door to an occupied room. It was a terrible experience. Asked for enough towels at 7:00am and still no towels at 10am. We left the room and I notified the host we would not be back and asked if there was some type of refund for all the inconvenience and no response other than he said one of his messages had the correct info. I promised a great room and experience to my family and it was miserable for the entire 7 1/2 hours out of a 3 day reservation. We should receive some type of refund and apology for the terrible experience. I have pictures.

Overall the room worked for our needs. They have done some renovations which were nice. There are some odds and ends in the room that needs to be addressed. The hot water didn't work great, the mirror in the bathroom was falling off and the toilet paper holder was having issues. Zermat itself was pretty good. The pool was fun and roaming the resort with our daughter was a lot of fun. This was our 3rd or 4th time and staying the overall the experience is always solid.
