“Breakfast options were good. The room was pretty clean. Pool did not appear clean at all. Staff was pleasant but nowhere to be found for checkout, had to wait quite a while. Walls/floors are THIN, we apparently had a large group of elephants above us. Get a room on the top floor and have absolutely no questions/be okay with contactless checkout and you’re golden.”

“HORRIBLE, location was seedy by a bus stop.
Room didn't have working heat or air conditioning, my shades in my room on first floor were broken and the curtains didn't close, so people could see in. This was my second room as the first one was worse!
The maintenance guy brought me a fan but even though it was 40 outside, my room wouldn't get cooler than 77 degrees. The bedding was old and threadbare. Since I booked on expedia I could not get a refund! This is the worst place I have EVER...
