"Pet friendly room was horrific (poop and pee all over the carpet), the hall was flooded in the morning (soaking wet carpet), I was charged an extra pet fee after travelocity told me "what you see is what you pay" when i selected the pet friendly room, and breakfast was not even started at 6am when ..."
