“Was charged an incidental fee when we checked in which cleared the bank. Never have I been charged an incidental fee. Usually just pends until after checkout. The room smelled like dog and urine and the hallway stunk horribly. When told, the staff were rude. Would not recommend.”

“The hotel was expensive and expected to at least have good water pressure and there was not. When we got to the room after a wedding outside in the heat we walked in the room and it was set to 76….so hot and muggy in the room. We didn’t use any of the amenities due to short 1 night stay. Breakfast was good friendly staff”
