Una spaziosa villa soleggiata ideale per gruppi di età e famiglia. 4 camere doppie tutte con aria condizionata e bagno privato
Wifi veloce gratuito in tutta la villa.
NOVITÀ 2019 per bagni e lounge rinnovati.
Il soggiorno, la terrazza della cucina, la piscina e il bar beneficiano del fatto di essere tutti su un unico livello rendendo più facile tenere d'occhio i più piccoli e quindi non ci sono terrazze o gradini per salire in piscina ecc. C'è un'ulteriore camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno privato qui che si adatterebbe a quelli con mobilità ridotta
Il giardino e la piscina sono privati e non trascurati e c'è un cancello per la piscina per la sicurezza dei bambini.
Tutte le camere sono doppie con aria condizionata e bagno privato. Le camere da letto superiori hanno tutte le porte che conducono ad una terrazza con vista sul giardino e sulla piscina, questo non è molto curato e un luogo ideale per fare colazione o bere qualcosa.
Dalla terrazza sul tetto ci sono viste incantevoli e posti a sedere per guardare i meravigliosi tramonti e osservare i meravigliosi cieli serali di notte e ascoltare i nostri gufi chiacchierare tra loro mentre il sole inizia a calare. La terrazza sul tetto offre anche la perfetta trappola per il sole per chi ama prendere il sole.
Nel giardino maturo ci sono vari arbusti e piante tropicali che rilasciano incredibilmente il loro profumo di notte.
Il bar e il barbecue sono il centro di intrattenimento ideale con illuminazione e un frigorifero aggiuntivo c'è anche un barbecue a gas aggiuntivo per coloro che preferiscono questo metodo di cottura o per soddisfare i grandi gruppi.

Ci sono ampi lettini e sedie con asciugamani separati per l'uso della piscina.

L'auto non è essenziale in quanto vi è una fermata dell'autobus nelle vicinanze anche un eccellente (servizio taxi ragionevole e regolamentato)

Great place to stay we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The villa had everything we needed. We enjoyed being between mijas pueblo and the coastline of Fuengirola. Taxis can get costly so I would recommend hiring a car which we will do the next time we visit. But overall what a great place

The best was the pool! All the bedrooms were nice, good and spacies. A little bit hard beds.Aircondiction in every room - good. Nice to have a bathroom for every bedroom and an extra toilett by the livingroom.We walked down to the beach and took Uber back home. It took us a good half an hour to walk. Recommend to hire a car.

We were a party of 8 ranging from 5 years to 80 years and the villa was very spacious inside and out! The heated pool was a big hit & was enjoyed both through the day and at night. Plenty of board games and a good selection of reading matter. The villa is very well equipped, in fact I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in one that was better equipped!ideally situated to enjoy the beach resorts and beautiful Mijas village.

The location of the villa is good and the heated pool is great, also in winter months. There is a nice garden with a good view. The area is very nice and quiet.There were however some disappointing points. The interior of the house could use an update. Some things in the kitchen did not work properly, like the closing of the washing machine. The pans were overused with a lot of scratches in them. The single beds were very unstable and not really suitable for (older) adults. The house was not clean when we arrived, with a lot of dust on the floors and sugar spread over the kitchen.Overall, regarding the price and all the good reviews, we were a little disappointed.

We are 3 couples spent a short break in this lovely villa. Plenty of space very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Added bonus was heated pool the water was luxuriously warm throughout our stay very impressive. The manger and owner are very friendly nothing was too much trouble we even had complimentary wine for our arrival!We left feeling relaxed and refreshed will definitely be back.

We booked this villa as it had nearly only 5 star ratings , and it had the facilities we were looking for .Communication with the manager was initially fine . We had agreed on a late arrival , and we showed up exactly on time .Then the show began : The housekeeper arrived by car , and as health professionals , we know a drunk person when we see them . She was not just tipsy !The house was freexing cold , and she only turned the heaters on when we arrived .We found black hairs in one of the beds, and initially she just brushed it away - and didnt change the sheets until we told her to do so .Breadcrumbs on the kitchen table , Microwave owen was dirty , the owen could only heat on grill, and the lid couldnt close properly .Dishwasher was out of salt , and the lid couldnt close unless you lifted the top.Coffeemachine had not been cleaned . Chairs around the kitchen bar was broken , and the kitchen window couldnt close .No aircon in the living room and the provided heaters could not provide sufficient heating .In one of the bedrooms the aircon was disconnected ( cable simply cut ) and the adjacent bathroom had no outlets !Pool was heated as promised , but after a rainfall the electricity disappeared and the heating pump stopped. We couldnt get it started again .Tiles around the pool are partly broken and filled with green algae , and hence very slippery when wet .When we called the property manager , she threatened that we would be thrown out by the police !!!

The villa has everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay for a wide range of ages with plenty of space, lovely facilities, well equipped and ideally located. The host and manager are very warm, welcoming, extremely helpful and quick to respond.

Dealing with Anabel was a pleasure, very prompt with answering questions. The property itself was perfect for 4 fat old golfers. 4 seperate rooms with 4 bathrooms. Lovely outdoor seating area and a great pool. Only slight negative was that theres only really one restaurant within walking distançe, but mijas or fuengirola only a few minutes cab ride away. Overall a great stay, and will use it again in the future.

We stayed for 4 nights at the Villa Carlito Santa Monica, with our friends, 2 other couples. The villa is really well equipped and very peaceful. The pool is heated and well kept. There is a very good local bus service to Mihas Pueblo and Fungirola and the taxi's are easy to book. Sally the property manager is lovely and really helpful with recommendations and after a couple of days we found ourselves right at home. It was just what we needed, some peace and quiet and sunshine which there was plenty of!

Vi har haft fantastiska februaridagar i den fina villan! Bäst av allt var nog den uppvärmda poolen som var till glädje för stora och små. Men också toppen att det var fina sovrum med sköna sängar och en toalett/dusch per rum. Sally var så hjälpsam med allt vi önskade. Området är lugnt och stilla, men väldigt kuperat, så morgonpromenadena gav bra puls Vi vandrande med Mijas som utgångspunkt, fina och välskyltade leder. Smidigt att ta bussen till Fuengirola och Mijas. Kan också rekommendera restaurang El Muro som finns inom gångavstånd.

It was the second time we rented the villa – and we hope to return. Everything in the villa is in perfect condition. The heated pool is perfect in January! Some distance to Mijas/beach, but we didn’t bother to rent a car since Uber/Bolt is so easy to use.

We (3 generations) have had a fantastic holiday in this Villa. Inside it has everything you need and the outside area is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the heated pool. The kids absolutely loved the warm pool. And Sally’s ice cream 🍡 We got a warm welcome by Sally and she had provided cool white wine for the adults and ice cream for the children. Thank you again Sally, for your way to make us feel very welcome. The bus down to Fuengirola and Mijas is just a few minutes walk from the house. We definitely come back to this house ☺️

Me and 7 friends stayed at this lovely villa for 5 nights. It was perfect for the size of our party. The bedrooms were all nice, the bathrooms were all good, 2 were more modern. The kitchen was great it had everything we needed, the fridge isnt massive but there was one to use under the outside bar which came in handy. The outside area was the best thing about this villa and that is where we spent most of our time. Adequate sunbeds and parasols, the seating area was lovely. The pool was lovely although im not sure it was heated but luckily the weather was very hot so a nice cool pool was what we needed. We didnt hire a car but would be ideal to get around, although the cabs and bus service was good to get to Mijas Pueblo and other areas. Mijas Pueblo is beautiful. There are no shops within walking distance so transport is needed. There is a bar within 5mins walking distance. All in all we had a fantastic time at the villa, would recommend. Annabelle and Sally are both very helpful. My only negative was that i think the outside area needed a good sweeping up before we arrived. Thanks for letting us stay

We have been as a family and the house is spacious and comfortable, it has everything we need and the pool, which Anabel very kindly heated for us, is excellent, we were very comfortable, to say the least, it would need to renew the sun loungers and improve some aspects of the garden, but The truth is that it's great. We have just returned from a wonderful stay in this villa Sally the host greeted us on arrival and was always on hand if you needed help or advice which is very reassuring.The villa itself is like a second home spacious with all the amenities you could need .The basics were all provided wash powder, dish washer tablets, washing up liquid and the store cupboard had seasonings,oils ,tea ,coffee, sugar, milk as well as complementary wine and Sangria which we thoroughly enjoyed .however we did all struggle with the controls on the microwave, hob and oven which were a little temperamental and hard to control but the gas bbq was an excellent bonus. We hired cars from the airport as we intended to do a little sightseeing which would have been very time consuming if we had used public transport and my son’s family needed the freedom to go to the beach but there is a regular half hourly bus service to Mijas 200 meters away and Fuengirola we used both of these in our second week. Walking to Mijas or the shops was not an option it was far too hot not to mention being uphill! The closest supermarkets are Aldi and lidls on the outskirts of Fuengirola a short 5/10 minute drive away and similarly Mijas in the other direction is packed with cafes and restaurants to eat in and dozens of small shops . Park in the multi story it’s either free or very cheap depending upon the day / time and saves driving round searching for parking . The pool outside is a great size with lots of seating options

The villa is in a great location with a private, non looked over pool and garden. Unfortunately it's very tired and needs some maintenance to bring it up to the standard I'm sure it once was. It's liveable and realitavly comfortable but let down by lack of up keep. I won't go into specifics as I don't want to list what could be concieved as minor cosmetics but the villa needs some attention soon to make it more pleasurable to stay there. That aside we had a good week and didn't let the slightly run down feel of the place to affect our holiday. Communication was great and arrival and departure was very smooth. The villa is perfect for 10 people so we didn't feel on top of each other (although previous stays in villas of that size had much more fridge and freezer space) This would definitely be a five-star property if up keep was maintained, maybe the price reflects the condition of the villa, I'm not sure as I've not looked into that.

My girlfriends and I thorghly enjoyed our stay here. The villa is spacious with a well equiped kitchen and great outdoor space. We really enjoyed using the great pool and making use of the many sun loungers, and long lazy meals on the shaded terrace. If you are after a super slick modern villa this is not the property for you. But if you want a more homely feel with a secluded outdoor area and fabulous pool, this is highly recommended. Both Sally ( property manager) and Annabel ( owner) are friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Nice villa in a nice quiet location. Good communication and easy check in process with the owner! We had a car and I would advise having one unless you want to stay in the villa for the whole time. Everything is within 3/4 miles of the area but we found it so easy with a car! Would recommend this villa to anyone especially families
