Welcome to our exquisite 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa nestled in the heart of El Faro(Mijas), where luxury meets coastal charm. Experience a getaway like no other with our thoughtfully designed space, boasting stylish modern interiors.

As you step into our villa, you'll be greeted by a spacious and inviting living area adorned with contemporary furnishings, creating an atmosphere of comfort and sophistication.
When you enter you will find the livingroom area with open layout to the kitchen and the dining room. You have also access from there to the outside area. As you continue you will find the bedrooms, one with double-sized bed sofa and a single bunkbed and also an office space. The second bedroom is with a bunkbed and an officespace. Beside there is a shared bathroom. Then you get to the main bedroom with queen sized bed, workspace and an en suite bathroom. The outside area consist of an outside dining area where you will also find a BBQ area, then you get to the garden where you can enjoy the swimmingpool, sunbeds and the grass area for football, ping pong and a trampoline :) You have also space to park 2 cars inside the fenced gate. Then if it wouldn't be amazing enough you can go up to the roof terrace and get amazed by the beautiful views
The villa is currently under construction, with a brand-new floor being added. This new level will feature a bedroom with a queen sized bed and 2 invidual sofa chairs that turns into bed, bathroom, living room, and a terrace where you can enjoy the stunning sea views.

That's why there are no photos of 4th bedroom and 3rd bathroom yet but it will be ready before June.

1. Please be quiet from 10pm to 8 am
2. No smoking, no drugs. Smoking only outside
3. Please keep the outside area and front of the house clean and respect neighbours
4. Please remove your shoes in the house
5. No pets allowed
6. Always turn off airconditioner and keep windows closed when not home
7. Always keep the house door locked when leaving, leaving the door unlocked is a security risk!
8. Please note that we don’t take responsibility for your belongings left in the apartment.
9. In case you notice any problems, please report it to us
10. Before your arrival, we will ask for passport copies of everyone 14+ years old, fill out some other information and also for you to sign a contract. We need that by law for the government.
