The property is in excellent condition with air conditioning installed throughout.

Please note that the property is unsuitable for people with mobility issues as there are a number of steps to the property and no lift.



The gated complex has a communal swimming pool with sunbeds and a separate children's pool.

Only a 5 minute walk to supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the beach. Miraflores Golf Course is nearby with the driving range just a short walk away.

There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will apply to all bookings. Terms and Conditions may apply.



Additional person supplement 75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).



Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
