L'appartamento ha tutti gli elementi necessari per un soggiorno di successo in uno splendido ambiente dell'Andalusia sia in estate che in inverno.
Sentiti a casa, con tutti i comfort, in un bellissimo appartamento completamente restaurato e ridecorato, e goditi una vista mozzafiato e affascinante sul mare fino alla costa del Marocco dal tuo salotto.
L'appartamento Rancho Garden ha 75 m2. Un ampio soggiorno con divani in pelle per rilassarsi, leggere o guardare la TV è il collegamento tra una bella cucina completamente attrezzata e una zona pranzo per 4 persone. Il giardino è accessibile direttamente per godersi il panorama e rilassarsi (2 sedie a sdraio). La luce del sole è perfetta, con un orientamento sud-ovest.
Una camera da letto matrimoniale separata, con letto matrimoniale e ampio armadio e un bagno doccia confortevole. Nel divano del soggiorno è convertibile per dormire due persone in più.

L'urbanizzazione di Miraflores, che si trova a Mijas Costa sulla Costa del Sol, tra Marbella e Malaga, è famosa per il suo livello di prestazioni. Si estende su 25 ettari e comprende molti giardini tropicali. Uno dei nostri residence Rancho è bello e molto esclusivo. Tranquillità e privacy sono i valori condivisi dalla nostra comunità internazionale di proprietari. In piscina, insalate e bevande fredde, nonché paella e barbecue sono disponibili da marzo a ottobre.
A pochi passi e sempre all'interno della nostra urbanizzazione, c'è un centro di argilla di tennis, un centro bowling su prato, una club house con ristorante e cucina internazionale di buona qualità, una casa per programmi di intrattenimento ed escursioni, e, naturalmente, la spiaggia.
Se sei un giocatore di golf, avete trovato il vostro paradiso: oltre al golf Miraflores, non meno di 20 campi da golf sono a una distanza di 15 minuti di auto. Avrete la scelta di praticare la vostra passione in ambienti eccezionali e di alta qualità.
Miraflores è anche una posizione centrale ideale per esplorare il mondo colorato di Andalusia: Marbella e Puerto Banus, Malaga, Gibilterra, Ronda, Siviglia, Granada e Cordoba e Cadice e la Costa de la Luz sulla costa dell'Oceano Atlantico. Disfrute mucho mi estancia en este apartamento. Es muy amplio, muy cómodo y muy bien equipado. Tiene un jardín muy bonito y una vista espectacular del Mediterráneo.La zona es muy buena y tiene todos los restaurantes, tiendas y supermercados que necesitas para pasar una muy buena vacación.Con gusto regresaria.

Just back from a really enjoyable 11days at Bertrand’s apartment and we had a lovely holiday. The kitchen has everything you could need (and more) and everything is clean and tidy. It has an amazing sun terrace with great views. Thanks - we had a great time!!

We just had a great week at this property. The apartment was all as decribed with everything you could possibly need for a trouble free stay. The pool area was lovely with a nice bar / cafe available for refreshments. Bertrand met us on arrival and provided us with a full tour of the property and facilities. The apartment complex is at the top of a hill so a car or taxis may be required for anyone with mobility issues, otherwise, a great reason to have a few extra calories! 🍺🍷🍨 We would not hesitate to recommend.

The first disappointment was that the person waiting to greet us and show us the apartment could not speak English. We were told that she would be there to greet us at 1700 hours when the agreed time of occupation was 1600. The apartment has good views but needs updating.The TV had no instruction information and there was no provision for playing DVDs. after three days we used the washing machine, and a couple of false starts, eventually it worked. The next time we went to use it, it would not work. We contacted the owner who visited the premises, tested it and decided the machine needed to be replaced. Unfortunately for us, he stated that the replacement could not take place until after we had completed our stay. We had based our plans regarding clothing etc on being able to wash them during our stay. No alternative was suggested and no compensation offered. The 'welcome pack' amounted to one bottle of water in the fridge. there was only 2 toilet rolls, one bath towel and we had to buy cleaning materials for our 10 day stay. Disappointing.

We loved our stay at the apartment, there is a nice little pool bar which serves snacks. There are also restaurants and a supermarket around 10 minutes away. There are restaurants and bars at the bottom of the hill, but the walk back up is hard work. But overall it’s a great place.

Fantastic pool, view and location (for those less mobile, a car is encouraged). Apartment could benefit greatly from outdoor dining furniture as only sun loungers are available. Prompt communication with host; however the host demanded a mid stay inspection to check up on the property and sent messages at inappropriate times. Host also sent several messages requesting us to pay a €75 cash call out fee to fix a malfunctioning washing machine. Solution, apartment could be improved by providing guests with instructions on how to operate the various electronics and amenities in the property.

Eine der schönsten Locations, die wir bisher hatten. Lage nah am Meer, man kann direkt mit dem Auto runter fahren und in der Nähe des Strands parken (ca. 800 m entfernt). Es gibt mehrere Supermärkte in der Nähe, ein kleiner Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Pool ist top, super schöne Palmen im Poolbereich. Es gibt eine Poolbar mit Getränkeservice. Man kann auch Frühstück bestellen, Mittag- und Abendessen. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei Liegen, die man nutzen kann. Man kann nicht draußen sitzen zum Essen, wenn man aber drinnen die Fenster weit öffnet, ist es fast wie draußen sitzen. Der Esstisch steht am Fenster. Restauranttipps: Las Llaves (10 Min. zu Fuß) Indisches Restaurant nähe Supermarkt (5 Min. zu Fuß) Wir kommen wieder.

Stunning location and well appointed apartment and surrounding facilites. Only downside is the hill climb back up from beach shops restaurants etc - hire car definitely recommended !! Host very available and helpful . Can definitely recommend it !

A nice and well-equipped apartment with an owner who is neat and polite. Bertrand responds quickly to questions or if a problem arises, he quickly provides a solution. We will come back here again next year with great pleasure.

This was the perfect place for two of us to stay. Very peaceful area with good location near to busy areas if thats what you want. We would completely recommend this place and our host who kept in touch perfectly well. I think we will definitely be back!

Had the most amazing two weeks in this lovely apartment. Waking up to the view every morning was an added bonus.The urbanisation was kept spotless great security. The apartment has everything that you needed. The owner was great just a phone call or WhatsApp away nothing was to much trouble. I would highly recommend this apartment as it is close by to La Cala which is a beautiful place with some great restaurants and plenty of beaches close by. Marbella is just a 20 minute drive away and Fuengirola 15 mins away. The pool area is very nice with plenty of sun beds and really friendly owners

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment genossen. Es ist ansprechend eingerichtet, überkomplett ausgestattet und liegt etwas abseits vom touristischen Trubel. Neben dem super Ausblick sind die gute Kommunikation mit Bertrand sowie das Hundeverbot in der gesamten Anlage besonders hervorzuheben.

Property is very well equipped, Bertrand was very helpful and friendly. Property has stunning sea views and perfect for a quiet getaway. Plenty of bars, shops and restaurants nearby, the area is quite hilly so a car is preferable. Would really recommend staying here we had a lovely holiday.

Wir waren für 8 Wochen in diesem Apartment; alles ist geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet und vorhanden. Die sehr schöne Couchecke zum relaxen ist über die Jahre zum sitzen zwar etwas unbequem geworden, dafür ist der Ausblick auf das Mittelmeer und Gibraltar einfach herrlich. Durch die zentrale Lage in der Nähe der A 7 sind alle Ziele gut zu erreichen. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei Bertrand für seine fürsorgliche Betreuung während unseres Aufenthaltes. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

The owner Bertrand met us at the property with the keys and showed us how everything worked. We had a fabulous month’s stay, the property was very clean, super comfortable beds, well equipped with everything you could need to cook a full meal, the shower was very efficient and lovely hot water. We used the washing machine, which was very handy as we stayed so long. The property is in an ideal location, 10 minute walk down the hill to the bus stops, the bridge to cross over to the beach and promenade. An ideal location 30 minutes walk left towards Cala de Mijas and 30 minutes walk right to the port. Bertrand was so lovely and very helpful, we would definitely stay here again. One of the best well equipped properties we have stayed in, the sun loungers in the garden were lovely as the property has a south facing garden and gets sun all day long. Sea Views are amazing with views across to Gibraltar on a clear day.
