This lovely 2 bedroom townhouse is located in La Cala de Mijas. Less than a 10 min walk will take you to the nearest beach and the town centre, where you can find a good selection of bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. A 5-min drive will take you to Chaparral Golf club.



The communal pool is located directly opposite the house. The house is arranged over 3 floors. The ground floor has an open plan living space, which includes a dining seating area, a lounge seating area including a sofa, armchair and TV. The American diner style kitchen is fully equipped.
