โข Only registered guests are allowed overnight.
โข No unauthorized parties or events. The property is rented for holiday use only.
Any violations of these terms will result in immediate termination of the
rental agreement, and no
refund will be issued.

โข Smoking: Not permitted inside the property. If smoking outside, please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
โข Pets: Not allowed.

โข Please keep the property tidy and return furniture to its original position.
โข Do not wash bedding or towels โ our housekeeping team will handle this.
โข Rubbish should be disposed of in the designated bins and be removed daily
to avoid pests.
โข Upon departure all rubbish must be removed from the property. If this is not done an additional cleaning fee of 50 euros will be deducted from the
deposit.

โข Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
โข Do not share access codes or keys with anyone not registered in the booking.

โข In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or property damage beyond the ownerโs control, 4YOURHOMEes will refund the security deposit and any advance payments if the property becomes unavailable. However, the renter is not entitled to any compensation for the resulting inconvenience.
