“Our room wasn’t ready at the time of checkout (the receptionist told us the room was being cleaned), which was pretty upsetting after already driven two hours. I expected a clean room, but still found things like hair and dead peeled skin on the bed and floor. The people in the rooms next to us and below us were also noisy”

“Convenient location for visiting Northampton and surrounding towns. Room was clean , easy self parking and breakfast was very good. Only drawback was there was no hand lotion in the room and had to request it from the front desk. I was told at the front desk that the hand lotion is no longer routinely supplied in the rooms.”

“Really comfy place an easy walk from Smith College and downtown Northampton. The bed was awesome, parking was easy, the food and lobby were a delight.”

“The breakfast buffet was very good with great variety. I also liked pots of hot coffee in the lobby available all day. The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of soundproofing between rooms. Perhaps it was because my room could be an adjoining room, but we could hear everything next door. Our neighbor called to complain about our tv volume, so I guess they could hear everything also.”
