I knew there would be problems when a day before check in they were unresponsive to questions on VRBO. I never received the link necessary for accessing the room. I still have 6 unanswered messages on VRBO. I continually called and messaged the 2 numbers provided and continued to get hang-ups or no answer. When we were at the doorsteps of the property, ready to give up, someone finally answered the phone (sounded like a call center) and we were able to get in. The following is my list of things you need to know.
Front door is “bifold” with carved out area for key. Not very secure and hard to use.
The fold out couch with stains on it and cushions are starting to fall apart.
There were tiny black ants crawling through the place. I tried to kill as many as possible.
The shower hardware was falling apart but if you were careful it was still functional.
Shower drain slow and wood laminate floor outside shower had water damage.
It’s on the top (fourth) floor with no lift so access isn’t easy if you have heavy bags.
Kitchen sink faucet falling apart.
Middle drawer in kitchen falls apart when pulled out.
Electrical socket by TV is dead.
The good
A/C works great, Internet works great. Nice location.
I guess I should have known better that since there were zero reviews that they could be hiding something. I doubt anyone will see this review either since I’m sure all the reviews are bad and they just re-list the place.
