The flat is nice and in a good location, unfortunately the staff are deceitful and unwilling.
I booked a this place based on location and aircon noted in the description, and for 3 days we were promised a remote for it.
Each day I chased with phone calls, and after several missed calls on the third day we were informed that the aircon was not even hooked up - it was a lie from the beginning.
Our calls were ignored and both of us are severely allergic to mosquitoes, resulting in the stay being very uncomfortable.
We were denied any refund, compensation, or even a simple fan. We faced routinely ignored calls/messages.
We decided to leave a day early to another place when we realised that the management were a joke, only pretending to be looking for a solution.
In fairness to Hotels.com they chased the hotel as well and handled the situation excellently for us, it was the stubbornness of the management that made this unnecessarily difficult.
I have never dealt with such shoddy management out of all of the hotels I've stayed in. I suspect if the roof caved in during the stay, their response would still have been "looking for a fix"
If I could give them 0 stars, I would still try to give them less.
