Located in a privileged position in the center of Milan, a short distance on foot from all the main attractions of the city, easily reachable also thanks to the many means of public transport that serve the area.

From this privileged spot in the heart of the city, you'll be able to explore by foot the most famous streets, the amazing monuments, the historical craft workshops and the romantic views but also the world-renowned Made in Italy luxury design, fashion and refined furniture ateliers.

The accommodation is just 6 minutes by foot from the metro line MM2 S. Agostino (green line – 2 stops from Cadorna Station that is directly connected by train with Malpensa Airport and 7 stops from Central Station from where depart all the trains for Venice, Rome, Florence, Naples), 6 minutes by foot from the metro line MM4 De Amicis (blue line – 10 stops from Linate Airport), and is also served by several tram and city bus lines (line 2, line 14, line 10, line 94).

For those who reach the house by car, it is always available, in Via Ariberto n. 4, 4 minutes by foot from the accommodation, a paid car park at the price of € 29.00 or 35.00 (it depends from the car size) per day.

Most of the time, if I am available (I'm a lawyer and I own my law-firm) I'll come to say hi and give yuo personally my home keys. If I am not available you can enter the home keeping up the keys from a security box collocated in front of the main entrance. I'll give you a code the day before your arrival.
Identity documents -

Each guest must have a valid identity document for mandatory registration with the Immigration Office of the Police Headquarters.
A late check-in is always allowed.
f you need a late check-out (after 11.00 am), please let us know on arrival. If there are no new guests arriving on the same date of your departure, we will be happy to accommodate you even after the check-out time, upon payment of a total amount of € 20.00.
