Finemente arredato e corredato di tutto l'occorrente.
Romantico , caldo, pulitissimo, collegamento internet wi-fi, molto confortevole, con ascensore all'interno di un prestigioso Palazzo Storico del 1800 con portineria.
Bagno in stile romanico appena ristrutturato.
Cucina nuovissima completa di tutti gli accessori e stoviglie.
Camera da letto con materasso ortopedico e rete a doghe, tutto nuovo e confortevolissimo.
La camera da letto, con letto matrimoniale è abbellita da stupenda opera d'arte contemporanea.
Possibilità di aggiunta letto singolo in camera da letto, per alloggiare 3 persone.
L'appartamento si affaccia verso l'interno del Palazzo, pertanto è molto tranquillo e silenzioso.
L'ubicazione e' perfetta per ogni destinazione a piedi: Duomo, Piazza San Babila, Brera, Corso Buenos Aires, Via Montenapoleone, distretto della Moda, Tribunale di Milano. C'è anche un bellissimo parco Giardini di Porta Venezia e Villa Comunale con parco a a soli 3 minuti a piedi dall'Appartamento.
Viale Piave e' una via di classe alta, con molti negozi, showrooms di architettuta d'interni, ristoranti e supermercati, Metropol di Dolce & Gabbana dove avvengono le sfilate, molto vivace ma assolutamente sicura e tranquilla e silenziosa di notte.
Le fermate della metro più vicine sono PORTA VENEZIA e PALESTRO
C'è anche il tram n. 9 direttamente dalla Stazione Centrale che impiega solo 11 minuti per arrivare all'Appartamento.

Molto lontana dalla descrizione internet. Non è al centro di Milano

La foto del portone induce a pensare ad un posto di grande classe, in realtà è un modesto appartamentino su un vecchio cortile interno, con micro bagno, cucina, e un divanetto a due posti con frigorifero, spazzatura e angolo cottura tutto insieme. Presenza di una pensione a 2 stelle con via vai di clienti e fazzoletti di carta usati sul pavimento dell'androne. Punti dolenti sono una porta di comunicazione con l'appartamento occupato dal proprietario che lascia passare qualsiasi suono o voce, e per una coppia è chiaramente fastidioso e un enorme specchio proprio sopra l'unico letto della casa,ci si chiede perché sia in quella posizione. Inquietante. tutto molto modesto e completamente inappropriato il prezzo richiesto. Ci siamo stati il minimo possibile, e ce ne siamo andati al più presto. Se lo conosci lo eviti.

Fabulous apartment, Great Host

Giancarlo's place is cute, very comfortable, cosy and sparkling clean. The location is prime and it's easy to commute. The tram station and the bus stop are right at the next traffic light. And the metro station is 6 minutes walk. The walk to the metro station has some cute cafes where you can always stop for a quick coffee :) It's a safe neighbourhood and you can walk around alone even past midnight. Grocery store, open until midnight,is only 1 minute walking. Giancarlo is always prompt with his responses. Even after checking in, he was always available on text and in person for any help I needed regarding the places to see, where to eat or how to travel to destinations. Giancarlo is indeed a SUPER host! Check-in and check-out was super smooth. No hassles at all. He picked me up and dropped me to the airport and gave me some amazing recommendations and advice for my stay in Milan, which proved to be incredibly helpful. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay at his place next visit as well.

Perfect for a couple

Ideal location in a quiet and prestigious area of ​​the city. All the main attractions and shopping are within walking distance. No need for public transport. The apartment: clean, quiet and ideal for a couple, is on the low 1st floor with elevator. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary: ​​kitchenware, refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, wi-fi internet, washing machine, and so on. All electrical appliances are working and running smoothly. The bedroom has a large queen size bed with a very good mattress. Central heating and air conditioning for the hot season. Nice romanic bathroom with necessary toiletries.. An excellent supermarket is located 100 meters from the apartment. For lovers of breakfast outside the house there are wonderful cafes (ask the recommendations of the apartment owner Giancarlo). Giancarlo is an exceptionally hospitable, friendly and very helpful host. Fluent in English. Provides, if necessary, for a reasonable price, transportation to any place and time of day. We , a couple of active pensioners, felt very comfortable in this apartment, which gave us exсellent conditions for rest after an intensely spent day. We received particular satisfaction from the interaction with the owner of the apartment, Giancarlo, to whom we express our sincere and deep gratitude. We certainly recommend this apartment.

Lovely Heaven in Milan

We stayed at Giancarlo's property for 4 nights. Modern, well appointed apartment, perfectly furnished, inside a 18th century amazing building. It is spotlessly clean and has everything one could need for this city visit. Central to all in the city as well. Very quiet and relaxing, even if we were in a great central location. Giancarlo is a wonderful host. We were very grateful for the pickup at Milano Centrale. We have no hesitations in recommending this property.

We made the perfect choice!

This is a perfect charming downtown location when visiting Milan. Right outside you will find everything you need: pharmacy, tobacconist, supermarket, nice bar, cafes and good restaurants and more. In addition to this, public transportation is right in front of you! This location is a very short walk to the Duomo and many other popular tourist spots. The apartment is extremely comfortable, quiet, clean, furnished well with all sorts of details included: toaster, clothes iron, hair dryer, clothes washer, even coffee and spices! What really made the location perfect was the host Giancarlo. You could not ask for a more friendly and accommodating gentleman. We loved this place and truthfully if we returned to Milan, we really would never have the need to stay anywhere else. Thank you very much! Great memory

LOVELY COMFORTABLE APARTMENT

The apartment was very nice: modern and cozy, spacious, quiet, comfortable mattress and fully well equipped. Internet wi-fi high speed. The location is the best place in Milan, however, couldn't be beat -- both the street and the building itself. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Milan and Giancarlo ( the owner) was a major reason why. He picked us up at Malpensa Airport quite late at night and was very helpful with our luggage etc. We were also able to contact him easily when we needed anything.Would definitely recommend it to others.

Great Apartment Great Location

My husband, daughter and I stayed at Giancarlo’s fantastic apartment in Milan. From the very initial email and throughout our stay, Giancarlo was prompt to answer our questions. He met us at his apartment complex, showed us the features inside to make our stay as comfortable as possible, and drove us to the train station for a nominal fee. He recommended local restaurants and a marketplace to purchase groceries. Giancarlo’s place was very clean, tidy, and with comfortable beds. The shower head in the shower was amazing and air conditioing pressure and temperature were perfect. Thank you, Giancarlo, for such a wonderful first time experience in Milano! EXCELLENT IN EVERY WAY

EXCELLENT IN EVERY WAY We stayed in Giancarlo Sacripanti’s apartment and it was a memorable wonderful experience! It is in a lovely part of Milan and close to the major tourist attractions. The tram is literally outside the front door, and the train station a 5 minute walk. The Duomo is a 10 minutes walk. There is a good supermarket nearby as well as restaurants. The apartment is cozy, quiet, immaculate and has everything you need. A brand new good kitchen fully equipped, a very comfortable bedroom with the best mattress I have ever slept on: confortable and large.The bathroom, very well decorated, was super clean and everything was working perfectly. The owner Giancarlo is a plus. A very kind, generous and caring host. He went out of his way to help us with advice when asked, transport and bookings, and ensuring we got everything we needed. Just perfect. Apartment highly recommend and excellent in everyway.

Great location with everything you need for a visi

This apartment is very well equipped and comfortable. The bed mattress is amazing confortable. Apartment located in an excellent location; safe and within easy walking distance of all that Milan has to offer. There are excellent places to eat within 400 m and a couple of beautiful supermarkets if you want to eat in. The ownero goes out of his way to make sure that everything is attended to and he is extremely gracious and helpful. We will come back for sure.

Absolutely fantastic stay

This was an absolutely fantastic stay for 7 days in Milan. Our new friend Giancarlo was a warm and gracious host, it was so lovely to have got the opportunity to have met him. He gave us good information about Milan and the local area. The apartment was warm and comfortable, in a lovely quiet boulevard. The facilities were all that we could have hoped for with restaurants and supermarkets nearby, trams outside the front door and close to the great metro train system. You could not go wrong with booking this apartment. It was as advertised and met all expectations.

Excellent! I loved it!

This property is great. Fantastic location (walking distance to Duomo , piazza and all touristy attractions), upscale neighborhood, very safe, 2 large supermarkets a minute away and 1 organic one "next door" with great wine selection. Apt is located on the (US) 2nd floor, elevator building...although there was no need to ever use one (other than to bring the luggage up). The place is very clean and modern, very comfortable bed; fully equipped with all necessities, does not lack anything; very strong wifi signal. Giancarlo, owner of the property, is absolutely wonderful! Very helpful in each and every way, gracious and accommodating. My trip was superb. Whoever decides to stay at this "home away from home"...I highly recommend. Giancarlo....again, THANK YOU SO MUCH for everything :) P.S. I suggest to take the train from Malpensa Airport to Milan Central Station (super easy and hassle free), then ask Giancarlo, if possible, for a pick up from the station

Delightful accomodation and a charming host

Giancarlo's apartment is in a very convenient location, within easy walking distance of the cathedral and city centre. 5 stars for: - very clean and well-presented apartment. - Giancarlo welcomed us warmly at the station on arrival and drove us back to the station on our departure (for a small extra charge). Much easier than finding our way by tram or taxi in an unfamiliar town. - thoughtful touches, like leaving the apartment stocked with basic essentials. - always smiling and friendly, Giancarlo took time to provide us with plenty of information about getting around in Milan and answering all our questions. - Throughout our stay, Giancarlo was available for assistance if needed, easily contactable by email or text (and living in the apartment next door). But after we had settled in, he was unobtrusive and we enjoyed a quiet, private and thoroughly enjoyable stay!

Appartement totalement conforme au descriptif et aux photos: confort, propreté, proximité du centre, dans une belle artère de la ville. It is all about details . I will RETURN for SURE!

First of all, (and the main reason for choosing the apartment at the first glance) the apartment is located very close to the center of Milan, so all places of interest could be easily reached by walking. The apartment itself is very clean, bright, calm, equiped with all necessary staff, nicely furnished, etc. All the information you can find on the Tripadvisor and receive some extra from Giancarlo - no fake, everything is 100% truth (you know, Made in Italy :))). What is important for me when travelling, I am looking for the soul of the city, I care about the details, that is why first impression and all the small things are important for me. №1 - in the morning you can engoy the birds singing! №2 - you can find a cute surprise opening the window in the bathroom (is my favourite) №3 - the bed!!! could not be better!! Not that much soft and not very hard. №4 - nice queit neighbours №5 - every thing :) First impression of the host and apartment was... "sunny" for both! Very friendly, warm and welcoming! For sure will return again to Milano and hope I have a chance to stay here again. This apartment really made my small vacation unforgettable!

Lovely apartment in a beautiful historic. building

A lovely, very clean apartment, within walking distance of the main tourist and shopping areas of Milan. The apartment had a very well equipped kitchen, a modern shower room, in a beautiful roman style, with plenty of hot water and towels and a spacious , very comfortable , quiet bedroom. Super comfortable mattress perfect for our bodies and relaxing.The apartment has everything you would need to enjoy your stay in Milan. Giancarlo was a great host, It is well worth arranging for him to pick you up at the airport. Thank you for a lovely stay We certainly recommend it and we wish we could come back again Penelope and Brian

Great Apartment , Perfect location

Excellent location for this apartment, with all Milano city centre destinations within walking distance, our first criteria of choice. The apartment is nice, welcoming and tidy up, in accordance with the pictures and extremely clean with all what one might need and comfortable bed. Giancarlo was really nice to us and gave us valuable advices to have a perfect trip. Arrival and departure procedures very easy and efficient. Great stay at Giancarlo's place. I would definitely recommend it to really enjoy Milano.

“A great base for all future Milan vacations!”

I was excited to visit Milan for the first time, and after staying iin Giancarlo's apt., I know I will be back to see more of Milan and to book this apt again. The apt., itself, is furnished with conveniences that you will not find in a hotel -- space! very nice furnishings, an equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom, amazingly comfortable bed, and quiet for the end of an active day. The neighborhood is beautiful, and the very short walk to the subway is past ornate buildings and great little fruit stands, vintage stores, and coffee and pastry cafes. The tram stops just steps away from the front door of the building. Two wonderful groceries are nearby. If I lived in Milan, I would want to live in Giancarlo's building. And what a great "landlord" for a week! Giancarlo provided me with maps, directions, advice for restaurants and sights not to miss, plus a slice of delicious, healthy apple cake. He was an spectacular host, always eager to answer questions and to make sure that my visit to Milan was as good as could be. My vacation was fun and memorable, and when I return, I will make sure that I can book this rental again.

Great location

Enjoyed our time in Milan. The condo was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Giancarlos is a great host.

Great Apartment!

This apartment was in a great location and was just a short walk to the main sites. the apartment was stocked with everything you would need and was clean and neat. Giancarlo was so great! He was very personable, helpful and detailed with information about the apartment and the city. He was a pleasure to rent from, made the process so easy, and checked on us to make sure we are enjoying the apartment and had no problems. Grazie!

Central quiet location with helpful landlord

The good points about this holiday apartment were (1) its central location, just 15 mins walk from Piazza Duomo, (2) a landlord, Giancarlo, who communicated promptly and helpfully with advice and provided "taxi" connection to the central station; and (3) the quiet, inner courtyard location. Mosquitoes were a minor annoyance and the sofa would benefit from recovering.

Perfect location in Milan

GianCarlo is terrific. He is an extremely gracious and helpful host, helping with directions, informing us as to the neighborhood, good places to eat etc. The apartment is quiet and very well located to walk pretty much anywhere. Only issue was that the furnishings were a bit “tired” and sitting area was small. Because Milan is an interesting and exciting city, it was a minor issue, just stating the single reason we gave four stars instead of five...
