Hospitable and very close to "Cenacolo Vinciano".

Ciao, la mia famiglia e io, con tanto lavoro, tempo e sacrificio, abbiamo creato questo piccolo nido nel centro di Milano. A mio parere questa è una delle zone migliori di questa splendida città e vorremmo condividere questo appartamento con nuovi potenziali amici che possano apprezzarlo.
Si trova vicino al museo "Cenacolo Vinciano" di Santa Maria delle Grazie e alla Basilica di Sant'Ambrogio.
Questo posto è adatto a coppie, a viaggiatori solitari, a chi viaggia per lavoro o con la famiglia (con bambini).
L'appartamento è dotato di pavimenti in legno e aria condizionata, riscaldamento a pavimento, doccia molto grande, porte in vetro ... La casa dispone di una camera da letto con 2 letti matrimoniali . Nella sala da pranzo c'è un divano letto con piccolo letto matrimoniale e una cucina. L'arredamento è nuovo con smart TV, con guest account gratuito per Netflix, connessione internet e wi-fi, macchina per espresso, bollitore, stirella verticale, lavasciuga. Nel prezzo indicato è COMPRESA LA TASSA DI SOGGIORNO e la biancheria da letto e da bagno. Potrai fare il check-in e check-out in autonomia o di persona se ne hai desiderio, sarà un piacere conoscerti. L'appartamento si trova in un palazzo della vecchia Milano definito a "ringhiera" e in una delle zone più belle di Milano. Il palazzo è piccolo e molto tranquillo. I mezzi pubblici sono proprio sotto casa sia quelli di superficie che undergroud. Avrai veramente tutto a portata di mano: bar, ristoranti piccoli supermercati e negozi per lo shopping.

Pulito, ordinato e in una bella posizione. Pezzo forte dell’appartamento è la doccia; comoda, bella e grande tanto da prendere quasi la metà del bagno. Monica, la proprietaria, gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo.

Great location, central, but not touristy. Everything around the corner - shops, restaurants, cafes. The appartment is cosy, well maintained and clean, the landlady very nice. Recommending the stay fully. If we go to Milano again, will definitely choose this appartment again.

Monica & her family were amazing! From the moment we booked last November to the day we checked out on June 15th they were incredibly attentive to every detail. The apartment is in a GREAT location. Close to the Duomo & The last Supper painting. Easy access to central Milan. The apartment is spotless.They checked in on us during our stay to ensure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. They even made dinner reservations for us at a local restaurant the first night as we arrived late. The restaurant was perfect. I would definietly stay there again and would recommend it to my friends as well. Monica - Many thanks for letting us stay in your apartment.

It was a lovely stay and although we only stayed one night, we were so comfortable. It was a pleasure to sit and have a cup of tea and coffee and a small snack (thoughtfully supplied).Only negative thing was that the shower was a little slippery for us (3 women in their 70s),

We chose this place for a short stay in Milan during our 10-day trip to Italy. We stayed at several VRBO rentals, and this was by far the best. The elevator in the building made it easy for us to get to the third floor. Our host left some snacks and drinks for us, which my kids enjoyed, as well as the TVs and the screen in the bathroom mirror. Very comfortable and well-decorated space. In addition, Monica is an excellent host and went above and beyond by helping me return an item that I had forgotten at the apartment. Overall, we had a very good time and will absolutely use one of the host's properties the next time we visit Milan!

This apartment is very modern and clean. Monica made the check in process so easy. The apartment is just a few minute walk from Leonardo Da Vinci's The Last Supper. Perfect location for us. Great restaurants nearby as well as a grocery store, pharmacy, and gelateria. Thank you, Monica, for the hospitality.

We thoroughly enjoyed Monica‘s darling apartment in downtown Milano. By European standards, it is very large and well laid out. The bathroom is huge as is the bedroom. Kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to cook and Monica even left us little goodies like Nespresso coffee pods, fresh milk, and juice, as well as little cookies and crackers. Having laundry in the unit was a huge bonus. The decor is a great mix between modern and old charm. We did have some minor power outage issues at night, but that could be because of the excessive heat during the summer months. Was very responsive and walked us through how to fix it promptly. WiFi Ac And tv’s worked great. The only reason why I did not give five stars on location and check in is because the remote check-in process was a little confusing, and Google maps took us to a different apartment initially. I suspect it was user error, however. The other reason I did not give five stars for location is because we had a car and understandably, parking downtown is a bit confusing until you get the lay of the land. That being said, we would definitely recommend Monica‘s apartment and would stay here again. Thank you again for everything!

Washer/dryer combo was very hard to figure out even after reading directions. It must have not worked for the cleaning people either because towels were hard and crunchy like they had been hung dry because dryer didn’t work properly.

Great stay at this spacious apartment. Everything we needed for two days was provided, including books on Milan history and restaurant recommendations. We had a little trouble getting in. I told the property manager we’d be there between 5 and 6 pm but the entry gates weren’t unlocked as expected. People onsite were kind enough to help us and let us in. It all worked out. Otherwise, all was perfect. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others.

This apartment was in a perfect location to see Milan! The check-in process was smooth and the host was very prepared with a booklet full of info about Milan. Situated just around the corner from "the last supper" with restaurants and taxis at the corner, it was easy to enjoy our time here.
