You will be greeted and given a key for the apartment and main door.

We are happy to arrange later check ins when possible, but please note the following fees:

After 9 PM = 20 euro
After 11 PM = 30 euro
After 1 AM= 40 euro..

The building is under renovation. It may be some noise during the day.


AIRBNB’S ENHANCED CLEANING PROTOCOL

The health and well-being of our guests and employees is a top priority for us.
For this reason, we follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance:

o We sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob
o We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
o We clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists
o We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
o We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines

So, we have professional cleaners come after each stay to make sure the room is in meticulous condition for incoming guests.


30+ DAYS OF RESERVATION

According to local laws, for all those reservations of more than 30 days Is mandatory an agreement of lease.

It also requires an initial deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation, that will have given you back at the check-out.

The cost for the legal registration is 80 euros.
