Welcome to OurJoy Condo, a renovated and air-conditioned apartment on the first floor of an elegant building, overlooking a quiet inner courtyard. Less than 10 minutes on foot from Central Station, it offers 55 sqm of space with a bedroom, bathroom, hallway, and a spacious living room.

The apartment accommodates up to 6 guests and is especially recommended for families, with a maximum of 4 adults for optimal comfort.
The space
This luminous and comfortable apartment offers ample space and carefully curated details. The entrance opens into a spacious living room with an open kitchen, furnished with a dining table for five, a TV wall unit, and a sofa bed. A hallway, equipped with a washer-dryer and cleaning essentials, separates the living area from the cozy bedroom, which features a large double bed, a wardrobe, a desk with a lamp and chair (perfect for remote work), a luggage rack, two bedside tables, and a 43-inch TV.

The bathroom is fully equipped for your comfort. The apartment overlooks a peaceful inner courtyard, ensuring tranquility despite its central location. From the windows, you can even admire the nearby Regione Lombardia Tower.

Both the bedroom and the living room are air-conditioned. An extra single bed (80x200cm) and an extra twin sofa bed (80x190cm) are available upon request for groups of 5 or 6 guests.

In order to comply with legal requirements, each guest must present a valid ID (passport or identity card) at check-in. Without this, accommodation will not be possible.

🛏 Sleeping arrangements:
For reservations of up to 2 guests, only the bedroom will be prepared.
For 3 or 4 guests, the sofa bed in the living room will also be prepared.
For 5 or 6 guests, the single bed or the additional sofa bed will also be prepared, depending on the available configuration.

Any additional beds or arrangements different from those listed above are subject to an extra fee for additional linens.
