Live in the very center of Milan in our stylish and spacious apartment (80sqm/860sqft) located in a traditional historical Milanese building. The apartment features all comforts such as AC, two bathrooms with showers, washing machine+dryer, a fully-equipped kitchen, a super-fast internet connection and LED TV with Netflix. Just minutes away from Milan's major sites, the apartment is unusually quiet since it's located in the inner part of an historical building (second floor without elevator)

THE SPACE
You will have our entire apartment at your disposal, including 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (both with shower), a living room, a fully-furnished kitchen (without table, which is in the living-room) and laundry room with both a washer and a dryer.

The apartment is located at the second floor of an old typical Milanese house: no windows are facing the street and the bedrooms are on the back of it. Being located in the backyard of the building, the apartment is extremely quiet please note that, for this reason, there is no view of the city from the windows on both sides.

Wireless internet is of course included, we have a cable connection which is very fast. The smart-TV in the living room comes with complimentary Netflix; washer-dryer and dishwasher are of course at your disposal. Towels and bedsheets are included. We provide comfortable memory-foam pillows!

GUEST ACCESS
You will have access to the entire flat, including laundry facilities (washer and dryer) for private use. The main door is an armored door, and the room windows are fitted with wooden louvered shutters. Please note that the flat is on the second floor without an elevator, and the stairs may be challenging for guests with mobility issues. If you need assistance with your luggage, please let us know, and we will arrange for someone to help you both on your arrival and departure dates.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
While you'll have the convenience of self check-in (getting the keys from a lock-box at any time of day or night), we're always within reach. Whether you prefer in-person assistance or communicating through the Vrbo platform, rest assured we're here to help and ensure a smooth stay.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
When booking please let us know your arrival and departure times, so that we can organize accordingly. Check-in is after 16:00 and check-out is before 11:00am, but we are flexible according to the availability. So let us know before you arrive so that we can find a solution which is best for you! Also please let us know should you have any special need or request we need to know before your arrival and we will do everything possible to make it happen!

SAFETY DEVICES
For security reasons, there is a security camera outside of the apartment recording only the entrance and the external common areas. We use a noise decibel monitor to be alerted in case of parties or groups of people in the flat we have not been informed of; it measures sound levels and does not record audio. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are installed.
