“There was no smell of cleaness in the hotel, just weed smell. The configuration of the room is the worst ever: you enter in the toilette, then the room and then the kitchen, it should be the opposite. The breakfast is with a very very very low variety of food. The staff is kind, even if I have requested the digital invoice, after 4 days I am still waiting it (don't have received anything on the SPAM folder). In the end not a good experience.”

“Some of the staff are very rude especially front desk Jasmine some rooms have bugs and they allow pets that are not leashed which I was frightened of when on my way to work. They do try to accommodate to switch rooms if your unhappy parking is ok but my kid car had got hit from the back while parked. Housekeeper Carmen is very nice property manager is nice.”

“The pool amenities were poorly maintained old torn umbrellas faded pool was not cleaned vacuumed. The room was adequate except toilet had issues filling up to flush properly. Brought attention to staff was told work order was submitted 2 days before we arrived. They did suggest that we could change room we declined since we were leaving early in am”

“First room we got had unknown stains on the carpet. So they did change are room but it was a bit smelly. It’s next to the highway so we definitely heard the cars at night. Breakfast was good. Your basic breakfast, they did have a waffle makers so that was good. Parking is free so big plus. Staff was friendly but we never got our beds remade they only took out the garbage. Also they gave us only three towels and we had 4 guess. It was close to the mall and a lot of food places. Pool and jacuzzi...

“Site said double bed and showed pictures of 2 beds, but the room only had 1 bed. First room we got to had a leak as well. They moved us to a new room that smelled very moldy.”
