    Breezy Meadow Two - 2 of 2 - a charming custom built cottage less than a mile south of the Cooperstown Dreams Park. Guests can view the Dreams Park fireworks from the deck. Come and enjoy outside dining and relaxing. A 10 x 16 rear deck overlooks 4 acres of manicured lawn with a scenic pond. Unwind and enjoy fresh country air. This cozy 2 bedroom home is a perfect choice for a family of 2 - 4 people who want to be very close to the Cooperstown Dreams Park.

Breezy meadow was the perfect place for your Dreams Park stay! It’s so convenient being minute’s from the field and most restaurants! The hosts are so welcoming. Very clean. Perfect for a family of 3 or 4!

Perfect Stay!

Going to Cooperstown with our team was a dream come true, but this little cabin made everything extra special. The space was super clean, had everything we needed and was so conveniently located. We have two other ball players who plan to go to Cooperstown and we would definitely stay here again!

Cooperstown Dreams Park Stay

Perfect distance and direction from Cooperstown Dreams Park. View from rental was beautiful. One caution rental is located right on main road, but has a great ice cream place about 100 yards away.

BEST Trip Ever

The hosts for Breezy Meadow 2 were very friendly and easy to communicate with. The home was extremely clean. Sitting on the back porch a d seeing the lights from players village (the bunk houses for the boys) off in the distance was extra special. We were a 2 minute ride at most from the park entrance which was extremely convenient for early mornings and late nights. The ride into downtown Cooperstown was so close we were able to visit multiple times throughout our stay! It’s quaint and perfect for the recommended allotted guest.

Great stay

This was a very clean property. There were just two of us so place met our needs. We had to call the owners and they were very responsive and were there in 5 minutes. The problem was on our end and they very helpful with the issue. Less than 5 minutes to the Dreams park which was a great plus.

Great Location

This place is five minutes from the Cooperstown Dream Park and ten minutes from town! I highly recommend this home. It has all that you need for the week. There is a washer and dryer that you share with the other home on site but this is not an issue because you will get to meet the other guests who rent that home for the same reason, Baseball. The rail track is in view but far away from the home but you can enjoy watching people pedal the rail cars. The host is very nice and accommodating. Best location, nice view and a nice stay. I highly recommend booking this home for your Cooperstown experience!

Awesome!

These are the cutest little “tiny homes” but they feel a lot bigger inside 2 good size rooms. The closets had hangers!!!! Shared laundry area, they supplied the detergent and dryer sheets! The view is breath taking! The owners are the sweetest people ever! Super close to Dreams Park (you can hear the music occasionally) and about 10 minutes or so from downtown Cooperstown. Hoping to go watch my nephew in Cooperstown in 5 years hopefully they will still have this rental property!!!!
