“As a returning guest, it was a pleasure to come back again to the Sunshine Apartment. The owners and the team that run the accommodation are so kind and wish for you to have a perfect stay. The apartment is in a lovely area. I particularly enjoy the two big smart TVs in the lounge and bedroom when staying. The powerful hot shower. The peacefulness of the isolated apartment gives you maximum chance to relax. I look forward to returning once again in the future. ”

“The room was clean, Staff excellent, Bar fully stocked, Wifi good. Room was very small 10foot wide 20foot long, bed very soft, no good for people with back problems. Advertised as B&B cleaner had to get manager in to do breakfast which was basically a bacon sandwich. No breakfast the following day even though it was the chef who let us out of building!”

“We did not receive the service we paid for. There is no 24/7 front desk as advertised. During the whole of our one night stay we did not see a single member of staff. On arrival, we communicated with a man via the doorbell and were told a code to open the door and then another code to retrieve our keys from a cupboard. “Our room was not as big as expected from the photos and we were overlooking a flat roof with extractor fans continuously on - not so great when we had to have the windows open in the heat and could not get the ac to work. However an extremely helpful receptionist (Jay) gave us a different room a little bit further away which was a little bit bigger and slightly less noisy (thanks Jay 🙂). “Stayed here for a night before we then ventured to Alton Towers. Very pleased with this hotel.”

“Check in was no frills. We arrived half an hour before check in and was offered a room but for an extra fee. I accidentally booked the room for one person so had to pay an extra £12 for breakfast which was fair enough but on check out an additional £10 for the extra person which I thought was unfair.”
