“Very nice room, steps from casino.so it was very convenient. I highly recommend.”

“1. Ordered 2 things from off the menu from the restaurant. They got the order wrong. 2. Checked in. Received room key. Room was dirty and beds not made up. 3. Received a key card for a new room. Card did not open door to the room.”

“Very disappointing experience. My daughter almost slipped into the pool because the railing was loose, creating a serious safety hazard. We brought this to the hotel’s attention, but no refund or compensation was offered. There was also very limited seating by the pool, the hallways had a strong odor, and the location did not feel safe. Due to these concerns, we chose not to stay and left the property. I would not recommend this hotel.”

“We took our grandchildren to Legoland and chose this hotel for its proximity to the park, indoor pool and breakfast features. Well, it was 20 minutes away, which wasn’t as close as I thought. I thought I had read it was 9 minutes away but it must have been 9 miles, which took 20+ minutes. My mistake, I’m sure. The indoor pool was heavily chlorinated. It was also occupied our entire time there (approximately 1.5 hours) with children taking swimming lessons. Our grandchildren were still able to...

“We stayed in the champagne tub room with the heart shaped pool. Loved it! Plenty of space and very romantic room. We stayed 2 nights and never left the property. We attended a comedy show and a magic show both entertaining. We took a boat ride, played in the arcade, played mini golf and bowled. We did trivia and won. The deer and other wildlife around were adorable. Breakfast was good but dinner was amazing. One of the best steaks I've ever had. We truly had a memorable time.”

“The area around the small fridge was clearly not vacuumed. The corners of the room were obviously dirty. The rug smelled.”
