    Partridge Pond - It's all about location! Partridge Pond is located 1/2 mile from the Cooperstown Dreams Park gate. It sits on 80 acres with scenic views in every direction. You have the best of both worlds - close to the Dreams Park, with a very private home with a large lawn. This ranch home has a large front deck overlooking a scenic pond and front lawn. The property is abundant with wildlife, including whitetail deer, wild turkeys, partridge and a multitude of songbirds.

    Enjoy family campfires under the stars around the outdoor fire pit in the backyard.

    The interior has three bedrooms and two baths. The bunk bedroom is on one end while the other two bedrooms are the opposite end with the common areas in the middle. The common areas enjoy an open floor plan. The living area flows into the dining area which is open to the kitchen.

Great location

The property and location to fields is amazing! You can stand on top of the grassy hill and see the park and fireworks before Championship game. The house itself is clean and the beds are comfortable. Joan, the owner, met us there and was very kind and welcoming.

The PERFECT PLACE!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The location couldn’t be better for Dreams Park. The kids had a blast playing wiffle ball for hours in the front yard. We will be back with the next one in 2 years!!

Everything you need right across from Dreams Park

Partridge Pond was the best location to be able to both experience Dreams Park and easily get downtime. The property is less than 5 minutes from the park, yet you feel like you’re surrounded by nature once you turn onto the road. Host met us at check in and very easy to reach if needed. 4 adults and 2 teens had plenty of space in the house for the week. It’s well supplied with basics of what you need for your stay. Beds are comfortable, good water pressure and everything works well. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable place that’s across from Dreams Park and very functional for a family stay.
